Loved this resort! If you like larger all inclusive, this is the perfect place. It has everything you need. We stayed in the Hideaway section (not Diamond Club) and there were always lots of child free places to relax and eat. -The staff were all helpful and polite (polite does not mean they owe you a smile, but 99% of the staff had huge smiles!); -The room was lovely (lots of towels, you can adjust the temperature, very clean, and comfortable bed and pillows); -We loved the choices of places to eat, so many tasty meals we enjoyed while there! -The pools were great, and while it's not a typical 'white sand' beach that stretches for miles, it was great to be able to take a dip in the ocean. I would return there in a heartbeat! The drive from the airport was long, but it was amazing to be able to see the island on the way. So many beautiful views!…

Stayed here at the hideaway for 2 weeks and it's absolutely fantastic, staff are all so helpful and polite and Will go out of there way to help you . Wide choice of food in the many restaurants, entertainment day and night is great. They even managed to get the premier and champions league matches on for us at the score bar. Had a beautiful candlelit romantic meal on the beach at sunset as well. We'll never forget this place thank you all at the royalton hideaway

We recently went to the Hideaway at Royalton and booked Diamond Cub in Building 1. Beautiful views from our balcony especially the sunsets. Our group of 8 adults were celebrating a birthday on the 11th and chose Hunter’s due to reviews, this was planned ahead and booked by our butlers. The experience was horrible. We had a very long wait time to get water refills and when food arrived it was a big disappointment! The staff there seemed spread thin and miserable! That being said we enjoyed Zen on 2 occasions, entertaining and fresh food enjoyed by all! Deon I believe was one of our chefs! We enjoyed Dorados for breakfast and some evening meals! Staff were doing their best to ensure that all guests had a great experience! Again short staffing was an issue in most restaurants! We did find we were eligible for Grazies for breakfast as Diamond club which we enjoyed a few mornings too! Spent most days at Hideaway pool and joined in on activities which were a lot of fun, thanks to Melanie, Bell, Irene and Samanfer! Also, you will most days have the pleasure of Branden (#OneLove), who will do everything possible to make sure they have what you like to drink! He is the poolside guy who brings drinks, takes empties and a good friend to have! We had so many staff going out of their way to ensure a great time! Any issues we had start at the top! Management does need to address decking replacements in front of Dorado and on the Aquarius Bar seating area! Thanks you our Butlers Lance and Fabian for everything! Special mentions: Charles Darwin, Amanda, Tanisha, Lea,Travis, Tamika, Carla, Nwsha, Jahlin! Thank you all and our housekeeping staff as well! The hideaway was lovely ,we stayed for two weeks.The Dorado restaurant is lovely we had breakfast there every morning the breakfast is good and the staff are very friendly ,also evening meals are very good ,the steaks were very good .The buffet is ok ,we preferred the restaurants ,the Japanese restaurant is very good and good entertainment from the chefs whilst you watch them cooking ,the Mexican is good we wasn’t keen on the Italian and steak house was ok.The vibe team are brilliant Melanie is the sweetest most helpful girl she went above and beyond to help and make you feel welcome nothing was to much for her ,this was said by so many guest she is a credit to the hotel a happy staff member goes a long way .Another popular staff member is Brendon he is a waiter around the hideaway pool bar another credit to the hotel he would do anything to help ,he was always friendly and making sure everyone was ok ,everyone loved Brendon .Bell works in the gym and he also came to the pool ,he would do the pool exercise and games another popular staff member very helpful and would take time to socialise with guest this goes a long way .Also Johnny he worked evenings at the hideaway bar I think it’s called Aquarius ,always happy and chatty .There are good choices in the hotel ,they even have a coffee and pastry shop.The young man in the gift shop was very nice another happy chappy. Reception was very helpful .we met people that have been back to the hotel several times .There are some good trips and the Island is beautiful .The hotel is a long drive from the hotel ,we got a cab to the airport on return and it’s not to expensive ,we came on the Tui bus it wasn’t a very nice journey being cramped on old small buses and your cases were put on the back of the bus .…

We are still on our holiday at the hideaway Royalton at St Lucia. The hideaway experience has been fantastic. The room is beautiful, big and so clean. A huge thank you to our cleaners who have looked after us throughout our stay. The designated pool, bar and resturant 'Darado's are fantastic. All staff around the resort are so friendly and welcoming. The pool has a good atmosphere with various light entertainment at times and low music throughout the day and a lovely freshly cooked lunch each day. The hideaway bar has various music themes each evening playing or performing whilst the sun sets in the cove. Just stunning!!! The Darado's restuarant is perfect in every way. Every member of staff are so welcoming and attentive. We couldnt have asked anymore off of both Amanda and Don looked after us so well during our 2 evening meals!!! We will be going back before going home. A big thank you to the chefs, the food was cooked to perfection!!! Just returned from the Hideaway at Royalton in St Lucia, we stayed in a swim up junior suit with Diamond Club, I can't fault the hotel or staff, beautiful setting with wonderful views of the sun set each evening at around 18.30. We visited all the restraunts, having Diamond club means you can pre book which was a bonus. Our butlers Darrell and Ferna were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary which they made extra special. We mainly used the Hideaway pool, there's an excellent waiter there called Branden who also looked after us very well. We did a trip to the mud baths and waterfall and a sunset cruise, both highly recommend, over all a 10 out of 10!!

My company retreat at the Hideaway was incredible. The Hideaway was a beautiful resort with awesome staff. The butlers, Teddy and Monique went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed in a timely manner and helped with all my planning. If you plan on going to the Hideaway at Royalton-St. Lucia, request Teddy and Monique as your butlers, you won’t be disappointed. They are a great team. Nancy from housekeeping was excellent as well. I look forward to returning to the Hideaway in the future due to the awesome staff who made my company retreat so memorable.

I stayed here with my mum for 2 weeks between 1st of august to 16th. We were shown to our rooms by our butler Monique who was absolutely a beautiful soul. Me and my mum spent the rest of the 2 weeks relaxing by the beach, drinking cocktails and reading. The beach is lovely, despite the reviews. The food was lovely. Being vegetarian I had doubts initially but the lovely lady at the hideaway grill I believe her name was angie, she made me feel so welcome and made me food especially everyday. A highlight for my trip was the daily atmosphere. A huge shout out to our butlers Monique and teddy. They both went out of their way to make sure our trip was magical. Teddy has such a calm and welcoming nature he deserves a promotion!

Stayed here recently. I will say the service at the dining hall, restaurants and bars were great.If you are looking for top notch poolside and beach service , this is not it. The closest thing to poolside service is renting a cabana for the day. That was definitely a highlight. If you want consistency, this is not the place to find it. We were given maps to figure things out on our own. There seems to be a disconnect between the Hideaway Staff and the Royalton Staff. Thankfully we found the right people to help us sort reservations out. Do not rely on the Hideaway staff to take care your reservations. Perhaps getting the room with the butler will yield a different experience. Our room smelled like an old wet dirty mop. The beach is man made. If you want a beach with waves. Today is our final day of our 2 week honeymoon in the Hideaway section and it has been the most perfect place for us! Everyone is so chill which really makes it even better. The many A La Carte restaurants, a couple open for lunch as well, really made the difference to us too. Can’t fault the food and had so many vegetarian options too. Also, being able to have breakfast on the beach every day at the Dorado restaurant (in the hideaway section) was amazing! We did the romance package including a candlelit sunset dinner on the beach which was the highlight of our whole honeymoon! Really recommend it with amazing food too. All of the staff are some of the loveliest people we have ever met - most of all Brendon at the Hideaway swim up bar! Amazing service and lovely person! The afternoon + sunset boat tour was also so worth it. We also visited Spinnakers restaurant for lunch on a rainy day which was really good, but Rodney Bay Marina was a highlight too. Loads of lovely restaurants, all very reasonably priced! Didn’t go there enough. Would definitely come back, has been one of my favourite holidays. The Friday night street party was very worth it despite us thinking it would be small/touristy/just weren’t sure about it, but very good food and drinks!
