My daughter and I took a quick trip to St. Lucia to relax and enjoy our time together. The location of the resort was perfect. The staff was amazing and in particular, George, was the best. The spa services was top notch. We had a slight scare where my daughter received an initial false positive on the Antigen COVID Testing. The way the resort handled the situation was very meticulous and with great care. We were in good hands. Nevertheless, we received the PCR Test and it came back negative. Can't wait to go back to St. Lucia to really explore the island once COVID is behind us all. Thank you Cap Maison for the exceptional service provided!
I have recently returned from my December 2020 honeymoon spent at Cap Maison, where myself and my husband had the most amazing time! After postponing our summer wedding in the winter due to the pandemic, we took a gamble and booked our honeymoon to St Lucia after the travel corridors were announced. We chose Cap Maison as we’re both foodies, and the reviews sounded amazing! Prior to booking I emailed the hotel and from the outset everyone was so kind and helpful. Tricia, Kevin, Keizah and Shernel all went above and beyond to help us and answered any questions quickly and with such a friendly manner. They were also incredibly patient with us when we had more questions of what would happen if we had to postpone our wedding/honeymoon for a second time as we were travelling after the December lockdown was lifted, and again we were shown such kindness by all who answered our numerous panicky emails! The hotel arranged a helicopter transfer for us following the flight from Gatwick, and that is something we would highly recommend in order to see more of the island. Once we arrived at the hotel we were once again greeted with smiles and kindness and shown to our room, which was an ocean suite villa. The villa was absolutely amazing - three storeys high with the most amazing views of the ocean and when you closed the doors/shutters at night the lapping of the waves lulled you to sleep. The villa came equipped with everything you could need and more, and the fridge was re-stocked daily. Although we couldn’t do much during our week (which was much needed after 2020!) the hotel helped us arrange a fine wine tasting in their walk in cellar which was AMAZING! Again, something that we would really recommend - so personal and such a lovely way to spend the early part of our evening before dinner. Our honeymoon package also came with a couples massage which got rid of all the stress built up in our bodies, and once again the hotel were amazing at arranging a boat trip with other guests in order to snorkel, see the pitons and visit the mud baths. On our last night at Cap Maison we dined on the rock which is an experience we will never forget! Our waitress for the evening Stacey was BRILLIANT - a real gem and really looked after us. We had the obligatory champagne on the zip wire which was amazing, and then a tasting dinner paired with wine. All of the food at both the Cliff and TNF throughout our stay was amazing (not one bad meal or dish at all!), but the fish tasting menu was really delicious and special. We both felt completely safe and secure during our trip, with our temperature checked a couple of times a day and social distancing and masks in place, and at no point did our feelings of safety change. We’ve left a piece of our hearts in St Lucia and Cap Maison, and we’re already planning our return trip when things hopefully may be back to normal. …
We arranged to meet our son at Cap Maison as we live in London and he lives in NYC. We couldn’t have been more thrilled with our stay! The rooms and food were all fabulous: we ate at TNF and the Cliffs every day and enjoyed sunset cocktails by the pool. We were impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the calm way in which they always helped us. Highlight was a boat trip along the coast to snorkel under the Pitons. Beach is small but perfect with very comfortable loungers. We will definitely come again!
From start to finish this is simply a best in class resort. The staff were absolutely lovely. They knew my children's names and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The services was wonderful and the property itself was in impeccable condition. Every morning the chef prepared unique meals at breakfast, all served overlooking the ocean with a smile. We booked a 1 bedroom, but were upgrade to a two bedroom three bath villa. With the children, the extra space was fabulous. The villa was so large the kids got lost - in the best way possible :) There was really no one thing that uniquely outstanding element that made this one of the best vacations we've even taken, and I mean this as a compliment. Everything was excellent and when you piece it all together (from the food, drink, service, room, staff etc) it was nearly a perfect slice of paradise. Cap Maison is an absolutely fabulous place for someone who appreciates excellent food, service and is looking for a best in class luxury experience. Bravo Cap Maison - I'll see you again soon!…
As a healthcare provider in NYC, my husband and I were looking for a getaway for our honeymoon. We felt safe going to St. Lucia given their travel requirements to enter the country and although we were unable to leave the resort, the resort was beautiful enough and perfect for our getaway trip for our one year wedding anniversary. My husband booked what I believe was a junior suite and although it was stunning, the day we arrived was very humid and the downstairs of the suite was open window with no A/C. I was so uncomfortable, but after dinner I went to talk to Shanelle at the front desk asking instead of our suite could I just have a standard room with full air conditioning. She went above and beyond making calls to see what was available and truly made the rest of our stay incredible. We were upgraded to a gorgeous suite where I felt comfortable and finally relaxed from the NYC hospital work stressors. I no longer had to go straight to our bedroom upstairs to feel comfortable with the A/C. I will say, no other day of our stay was nearly as humid as the first day. It rained every day, but only for short spurts here and there. I wish I had the names of all the staff because everyone was truly incredible, so hospitable, welcoming and full of grateful smiles. Shanelle greeted me by name anytime she saw me. It made for a very personalized experience. We only dined at TNF beach restaurant once for dinner due to availability and weather restrictions but we enjoyed all of our meals at The Cliff. Every risotto was delicious, desserts were not the strong point. I do wish there were more options to indulge in sweets on site! Breakfast was always fantastic, better and better each day. The staff did question a few times if we wanted our mini bar stocked, but we had brought our own snacks. The complimentary cookies on arrival were really good! They also provided a bottle of champagne on arrival. I appreciated the complimentary bug spray because I am very prone to mosquito bites. I am very thankful for our stay at Cap Maison! …
