We stayed for a night in the backpackers accommodation, it was very clean spacious and well equipped. We were very happy with our stay here and a great location if you want to explore Abel Tasman national park. The only tiny thing I think could be better is a bath mat for the shower rooms as the floor became very...

We pulled a caravan into the campground and stayed for 9 days. The facility is simple, clean, well maintained and convieniently located for easy access to Abel Tasman National Park and environs. I would certainly stay here again.

We stayed 2 x nights in a campervan powered site 6th & 7th April 2017. Facilities are lovely and clean. Staff are friendly & small shop is part of office building & can also book water taxi/kayak hire. Hooked café/bar next door is relaxed & great place to have happy hour at the end of the day. Great location for...

Good campground close to the water taxi and the start of the Abel Tasman Coastal Track. Good cooking facilitities, showers cost 1 NZD. Check-in is at information centre, which has excellent info on hikes and water taxi.

We stayed two nights at in the campervan park. There are plenty of clean toileta and shower facilities. Hot water and good water pressure for 6 minutes for just one dollar. Good laundry facilities, however, they are busy with hotel laundry earlier in the day so it is better to wait until the afternoon to do laundry. There are drying...

Not to touristy but plenty of action if you so desire and people very friendly and helpful. The camp has great facilities. $1 for 6mins shower excellent value. Facilities are spot on in...

We had a great great time in Marahau. I went there in a campervan and with my family of six. First of all the attention of the camp personal was absolutely perfect in every sense. They were nice people, clear, respectful, wanting to help, with a smile, it was a pleasure to treat with them. By mail, on the phone...

Good campingground right at Abel Tasman. Great kayaking near and the view is breathtaking. The hooked restaurant right next to it is really good. The reception staff is not really welcoming. The kitchen and facilites are clean. Showers are not free.

Visited for 2 nights with kids and a camper van. Spitting distance of a beautiful beach and a positively surprisingly quite site. Toilets and showers clean. Looked at old Mac but much preferred this site!

Great place to go for some rest and recovery following an incredible time walking our first Great Walk. Friendly staff, at both the campsite and at the Visitor Centre. Seen to be well organized, and helpful in every way. The caretakers were seen to be cleaning from sun up till sun down, it was a joy to use the communal...
