Stayed in main hotel. Room is large with separate kitchenette and lounge. Perfect with a baby. Staff friendly and polite. The beach was awesome. Even if you dont want to walk the steps to beach from hotel - the public beach is perfect. The place made me relaxed, and i was surprised by the peaceful location. the restaurant is very... More

Having eaten here once, 2-3 months ago, we brought 4 friends with us last night & booked a table for 6 persons for 630pm. We arrived on time & there was one occupied table & one group waiting to be seated. We waited 15 minutes for 3 beers to be brought to the table plus wine glasses ( as there... More

I try and find positives but with this restaurant that is difficult. Over an hour and a half to be served starter, despite chasing them three times. Then the most simple of the salad was so late, it had to be cancelled. The main courses were a little more timely but certainly lacked any real quality. The lamb shank was on... More

My husband and I visited the hotel on the weekend of the 16.09.2016, the reason I chose this hotel is because of it"s location, it is secluded and private and away from the buzz of everyday activities, it offers serenity and relaxation. we were greeted by Olwethu and were assisted to our room, room 1, by Bright, seemingly just like... We stayed in one of the two bedroom self catering flatlets. It was clean and very well equipped. We were surprised to find ourselves so close to a magnificent, beautiful beach which was secluded and safe. Food was also great at the restaurant. We want for dinner and each ordered a different seafood dish. All dishes were wonderful. Only pity... More

Last week end was "Durban Summer" : no way I can find an available hotel near Durban. As a conclusion, I had to travel far from my initial point (Hilton Durban) not for 1 but 2 nights as even all the planes were fully booked on Saturday morning to come back to JBUrg -> Luanda. The Hotel is not responsible... More

An average hotel. Very disappointed with the Hotel considering it is a 4 star. I am not sure if they are busy renovating but we had a couch that was so hard nobody could get comfortable to watch tv (may I add that the couch had odd cushions that clearly did not belong to it). The room had a stove... More

So much left to be desired. Places nearby, with better service and quality. From cold showers and unprepared staff, to badly made food... Unfortunately we were left very disappointed. There is no excuse, your hotel may be a little out the way but time to hire a decent manager to really get this place to where it could be.
