What a lovely and friendly place to have a Sunday lunch. Louise and Josh made me and my family very welcome. Parking good, easy access, clear information. Traveling to Walworth Castle simple clear direction.

We found out about Walworth castle through secret escapes and decided to chance it on a Friday night. When we first arrived we were early and asked if there was anyway we could check in early. Member of staff on reception was great. She checked and our room was ready so let us up a little early. It's worth while...

The Walworth Castle hotel was a welcome sight when entering the car park on foggy January evening. It truly is a castle and I would love to know a bit more about the history of the place. As I entered the establishment I was greeted by the friendly and courteous Andrew who gave me a splendid and massive bedroom complete...

We stayed here for one night as we had booked at the Raby Hunt Inn for a meal The room was fantastic with a four poster bed, however because the central heating did not come on until 6.00pm the room was freezing as we changed for our evening out even though a fan heater had been provided Breakfast was ok but...

Dear merfybrown, Thank you for choosing our hotel for your overnight visit. I am sorry that you found the room to be on the cold side. With the building dating back to 1189, some of the radiators are smaller than we would like, and for this reason we provide additional fan heaters in all our rooms. I do hope you...

We arrived at hotel in evening due to a long drive from Nottingham . We were greeted by a friendly young man who handed us the key to room 31 ( remember this number) it was at the top of the hotel with no lift !! The room could only be described as a combination of Harry Potters cupboard and...

Dear Shazzie64, Thank you for your recent review. With the hotel being such an old listed building, there are some bedrooms which are smaller than others, and room 31 is one of our smallest. We do always try and upgrade customers where we can, but this is not always possible. I am pleased that we were able to offer you...
