My husband and I recently spent 4 nights at Undine. I couldn't recommend it any higher. Trish and Rocco were awesome hosts. Making us very comfortable in their beautiful home. Electric blankets and heaters to keep you warm and fresh baking in the lounge when you want a little snack with your cuppa. They also spoilt us with port and...

With Hobart being so busy, we found ourselves having to look a little further a field and so happy that we did because we found this delightful B and B. Undine is a character filled charming home and its hosts Tricia and Rocco made us feel very much at home. Our room was spacious and well appointed and the breakfast...

We really enjoyed our 5 nights here. Patricia and Rocco are great hosts with lots of conversation and relevant information about anywhere you might want to visit. Comfortable beds and attractive rooms. We particularly liked the family style breakfast with the chance to sit around and talk to the other guests. Tea and coffee and cake in the living room,...

I love Tasmania. Better late than never post this. Me and my wife thought this is a romantic place. We visited Melbourne last Nov and thought the city was beautiful, Brisbane was ok but did not like our stay in accommodation. But Tasmania is amazing our stay is even made more amazing by this hotel. Super. Top place to stay....

We had a fantastic overnight stay- tea/coffee, cake, chocolates and port included. The beds were comfortable and the indoor swimming pool warm and inviting. Breakfast was like a family affair where everyone shared their experiences around Hobart. The hot cooked breakfast was value for money and highly recommended.

The rooms are branded as being 'colonial' the house conversion work to accommodate the 'ensuites' has compromised the actual 'colonial' style the house is advertised as having. The gardens are in need of a lot of work & the breakfast room is like sharing the owners kitchen where their desire to offer toast seems to equate to breakfast! It was...

Stayed one night at Undine to give us easy access to MONA. The Cottage is very atmospheric and our suite was decorated beautifully and was very comfortable and quiet. We let ourselves in in the afternoon and were greeted by a home made cake and self serve afternoon tea. We had a great afternoon exploring MONA just 10 minutes away,...

The house was in use as a coaching inn in1834 and the owners have taken pains to maintain its historical charm. The rooms are given names rather than numbers. Some of the furniture in the rooms are old fashioned and add to the establishment's quaintness and character. Our bathroom fittings were modern and the bed was very comfortable. We had...

A beautiful historic B&B a short drive out of Hobart's town centre, very near MONA, but the stars of this B&B are the owners Tricia and Rocco! They are the perfect B&B hosts, Tricia is a wonderful cook, her breakfasts are to die for and every afternoon my husband and I could hardly wait to get home to see what...
