From start to finish, just one word to say: WOW! I had booked a suite and the gourmet stay for one night with my girlfriend as Christmas gifts. From the start of the email communications I loved the professionalism and excellent service! I mentioned my girlfriend's gluten intolerance and was reassured that yes there were options for her. Then my girlfriend contacted them a few days before our arrival to tell them that her situation had evolved and several intolerances had been added to the list, they were able to adapt their menu to allow my girlfriend to have options only in even !! And what can we say about the exceptional and attentive service, Dominic's attention to detail at reception and restaurant service!

We were the only guests at the Hostel. Arriving in our room, little girl, we notice that there is no fridge. Disappointment.
We're showing up for dinner... that's okay. All meals are served on a wooden plate and the protein is on a volcanic stone and it is served with 1 slice of mushroom, 3 small slices of zucchini, 2 mini tomatoes, 2 small pieces of pepper and potatoes....each supper includes the protein and the same sides. The protein is dry because no fatty substances. The next day for lunch, the (poor) coffee is served to us but they have no cream or bread.

Very nice enchanting setting and very nice welcome. It was our 2nd stay and we were just as satisfied as the 1st time. Nice room. Very good bedding. Excellent food and wine. The Nordic baths are located in a very nice environment with river noises in addition!

The spa area was perfect. Very well maintained and well oriented. We finished our experience with a massage. Successful relaxing day.
We ended the evening with a good dinner at the inn's restaurant. Delicious and original meal. The lunch that was included the next morning was also delicious. Our congratulations to the chef!!
