Went there for work Xmas party and stayed over. Public rooms very nicely furnished and overall ambience very pleasant. Superior bedroom was ok if not very special. I understand the spa is good. Two major problems - 1) the food in the dinner was cold; not warm but merely tepid. This was both main course and dessert. A hotel of... More

When we first arrived it looked lovely and the reception staff were very helpful. When we got to our room we were pleased. Very spacious and clean. The bed was huge and clean bedding. When we went to the spa for a dip the women's changing rooms were very modern and had lockers, changing rooms and hair dryers. The actual... More

We have just had a fantastic spa break with dinner, bed and breakfast and 2 x 25 min espa treatments. The hotel is really lovely and peaceful, the staff are all so helpful and friendly especially Gareth on reception. The spa was really quiet and relaxing and the treatments were lovely and great value for money. We will definitely go... More

Best thing I have ever done and well worth the money... I was feeling so down and depressed about how bloated I was and I was always eating rubbish, I wanted a boost to make me feel healthier and less bloated, so decided to just go for it and have a colonic irrigation, I had been recommended Joanne so decided... What a fabulous place to stay. Just outside Chester, my husband I walked from here, Mollington, into Chester along the road but there was a path all the way. We booked a double room, it was more like a suite! The bed was huge! There was a settee & coffee table. Then an alcove where there was a dressing table... More

My partner and I have just returned home from a one night stay at Crabwall Manor. A lovely large clean and room in this nice hotel. The only slight niggle being when we had an evening meal in the hotel restaurant there was no background music which left the room lacking ambience. Other than that an excellent hotel

We booked in at Crabwall Manor hotel for just the 1 night. We paid £76.65 for the room only and paid for breakfast on the morning. The room (24) was huge with a nice sofa and easy chair. The bathroom was lovely and all in all one of the nicest rooms we have had in a hotel. We should have... More

I stay here quite often as I'm working in the area. I've stayed in many different rooms and all have been excellent. The suites are spacious, the beds are large and comfortable and the in room facilities are great. I've found all of the staff to be well trained and polite. I haven't tried the spa facilities but it all... More

I stayed here with my gran, and whilst its a nice place and we liked it, there and many little touches that would make it amazing and also more in line with the prices. The room was nice, spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was huge. The downsides in the room was the door that went onto the courtyard let a draft... More

We went away for a weekend with friends. We had a spa package which included dinner breakfast lunch for two days plus little extras of tea coffee and fruit flavoured water and 3 treatments. Fantastic value for money, treatments wonderful, food amazing and rooms perfect. Also complementary bath robe to take home. The staff very friendly and helpful. Taxis cheap... More
