Can not say enough lovely things about this place. Hubby booked a night away for us following our daughters birth in June. It was to sleep (seriously a full nights sleep was amazing!) and reconnect. It was beautiful! He booked the cottage as it has a real fire and we ended up getting room service. Dinner and a couple of...

The first time we stayed at Gibbon Bridge was for my nephew's wedding - and it was the best wedding I have been to, no bias!! The hotel, gardens, bar, food and staff could not be bettered in any way. I have been several times since, including for Mothers' Day lunch. This place makes every event extra special and I...

We had an enjoyable Saturday evening at the gibbon bridge on one of their January offers. Room was duplex, a bit dated for us, but ok. Food was good in the restaurant and very enjoyable. Breakfast the next morning was good too.

December. Called at Gibbon Bridge for lunch with a number of our friends and everyone was delighted with The Hotel, and the quality of the Food. We travel over 50 Miles to Chipping and it is always worth the journey. Will we be returning soon. you bet we will !!!!.

An exquisitely decorated, elegant hotel in glorious grounds. The Christmas decor was festive and flawless, the service was friendly, unobtrusive and professional, the food was delectable and varied, the "standard " room was better than a luxury room in other hotels and the disabled facilities were the best I've experienced.

Sadly my visit to this hotel was a let down from the beginning, no matter how pretty a place it is and in beautiful surroundings the customer service was shocking, mainly from who I class as middle management, who generally are just waiting staff who oversee the F and B waiting staff, yet act like they hold a higher status...
