We stayed three nights with Lou and Shirley in the guest house. They are great people. Shirley is so full of stories and history of the island and all the comings and goings and the challenges that the island faces. She took us on a tour of most of the island and connected us with Winston, a taxi driver who...

Stayed for over two weeks. A little run down but has good bones! Comfortable bed and all the amenities of home away from home. No air cond but a lovely breeze carries through the place. Lots of complementary goods on arrival. Loved the pool - spent so much time in it, everyday! Hosts Lou and Shirley were lovely and accommodating....

One of the previous guests broke their ankle, which meant that they needed to stay longer (& Shirley was running them to and from the hospital) so we did not actually stay here, although I wish we had been able to. So this review is not about the place. But I wanted to come online and give a five star...

Shirley and Lou are delightful, thoughtful, welcoming and charming people. I greatly enjoyed my one week sojourn at the Erindell Villa Guest House from December 13 - December 21, 2015 and am going to return to the villa. Their attention to every detail is phenomenal. I got to know and love Montserrat and Montserratians because I always accompanied Shirley, on...

This guest house is quite old but the welcome is very friendly. Beds are comfortable and it has a good size pool. Hosts take you out for a meal on your first night if you want to go, they also have lots of information about the island. They are willing to ferry you around but we hired a car so...

Staying in a hotel and immediately becoming accepted into the illusion of being one of the owners family--"like fix your own egg for breakfast if different from what is on the menu" (or the way we do it) is an experience unique to this B&B style guest villa. The owner herself confesses to have had private opera lessons from a...

This is not a typical case. The lady and her husband they treat you like a family member. you cannot write a "review" even if you are a paying guest. The same way you cannot write a rewview if you visit you mam for the weekend . You dont write a review. Nevertheless i will describe the property. .It is...

My second visit to the island, and for me there was no other option than to go back to Erindell. You are greeted so warmly, and they make you feel so special. Shirley has started taking visitors on a trip to see Fyah's house. He's an artist/singer who lives even nearer to the volcano area than the villa (which in...

We stayed at Erindell in April of 2012 and loved the entire experience. From the moment we pulled up to the front door, to the time we left, hosts Shirley and Lou were wonderful. We were fortunate to get the poolside room, which offers a bit more privacy and was appointed very nicely with tropical-style furnishings. Full breakfast was offered...

We had such a brilliant time with Lou and Shirley!!!They are the most welcoming hosts you could ask for, They took us on tours, Lou took us out to shoot some pool with his friends and to the local pub for a 3 o'clock drink if we wanted. They even dropped us out for a meal and then would collect...
