The hotel is very pleasant in terms of comfort, service, welcome, etc. The room was spacious and well equipped. Very good communal facilities. It is preferable to rent a car to reach the main sites to visit, even the seaside 5 minutes away. Many shops nearby. Very good value for money.

My room was a large "apartment" with kitchen (complete with washing machine), living area, bedroom and 1 and 1/2 baths. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Any concern I had was immediately addressed. We dined in the restaurant by the pool several nights and the food was excellent. The mezze was so good the first night we order another night as well. One night we ordered a mixed grill for 2 and they brought a small grill to our table with lamb, chicken, veggies, beef and I can't remember what else. Breakfast buffet was well supplied. Location is surrounded by small shops and cafes. Very safe walking around neighborhood.

as we were three, we chose a big two bedrooms double bathroom flat in this quiet part of Muscat don't miss a dinner on the roof top restaurant and take a massage at the inner SPA, if you have time. eveerithing was escellent!

Very high standard, well equipped, quiet and good value apartments well situated between Ruwi and other business districts of Muscat.Well equipped 24hr gym. Pool with restaurant has amazing views. Parking in basement, or taxis always available. Prompt staff service. I intend to use again on my next business trip.
