OYO 122 Savoy Inn Hotel

* rude staff * Dirty hotel * Service poor This things is the best word that can describe it. I booked on their hotel last July 20 - 22. I arrive late night which is technically it's July 21 already. I asked them if they can adjust my check out time into 7pm of July 22.. They didn't allow me or they going to charge me for a extra day. I came from Dubai by bus. So we experience some delays because of the other passengers who's having a problem with their visa.. I asked them if they can consider my situation.. They answer me in a rude way.. I never argue with them because I don't want to ruin my short vacation in Muscat.. I will never come back to this Hotel..

not at all good for buisness trips

locality is OK but the hotel service is terrible. Room service is hell. No value for your money. Room was OK. No amenities. Will never book it again unless its at least 50% cheaper then other hotel room rents.

''Worst hotel''

Location of the hotel is good,but other all service is very terrible. 1.Very slow WIFI 2.Not suitable for family as lots of other activities going on. 3.You can not sleep at night as lot of noise. 4.No front desk service 5.No clininess 6. waste of money

Convenient hotel if you have a car

The hotel is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Located close to the airport, only 10mins drive. This means it is far from the major sights of the city - except for the large mosque, which is a few minutes drive from the hotel. No breakfast was provided, making the hotel slightly expensive.

Very good service in Muscat

We stayed 4 days in Savoy and was a very good experience specially the workers of the hotel they was very kindly and helpful with everything we need, tips, print and room service also, but special mention to the manager always trying to help us even as a driver so I just have to say thanks you guys for make our stay comfortable.....maybe the area is not the best at the moment because it's still in construction and sometimes was noisy outside because the tracks and construction stuff but I am sure in a few more time it will be better.
