Overall not bad, I just recommend improving the cleaning inside the apartment.
There were cobwebs in the corridor and the floors could have been cleaned better.
The shower has some rusty parts.
I didn't have the opportunity to evaluate entertainment and other activities as we opted for the beach and visited neighboring beaches.
Courteous staff.

We stayed there for one night and the staff were very welcoming. Nice large rooms with all the comforts, but the sheets were not changed before we arrived and when we lifted the covers we found someone's hair. Plus we couldn't use the television because the remote control was missing.
Abundant breakfast but only the croissants were acceptable, the rest left a little to be desired.
Very large structure but if you arrive in the evening you can't see the sign because it is not lit 🤦‍♂️
Finally, at night there is absolutely no one at reception so you don't feel safe or protected.

The structure certainly needs improvement, but all the staff make us forget the small flaws of the structure... starting from the director to the cleaning girl, polite, kind students and the young animators full of desire to do things and entertain people... I I hope to return to your facility next year, thank you for the wonderful experience with the young people.
P.s. a little advice, make more use of Eden's potential, it has a lot of it

We were very disappointed with Residenza Eden. The nightly rate was not bad, but there was an additional resort fee. Unfortunately, there is no resort. There is a small pool, and single tennis court that doubles as a soccer field. The hotel beach is across the road, and not very clean or nice. (there are wonderful beaches just a short drive away). The room was spacious, but poorly kept. See photos of the lights, and the espresso pot full of mold. The view from our balcony was of a stony horse pasture. Quality of food at the buffet was poor. No wifi, tiny television in master bedroom. 2 rolls of toilet paper for the week for 6 people.

In general the staff was friendly. It is walking distance to town, with grocery store for supplies the hotel did not provide.

The structure is falling apart, the TV is broken, you make complaints and are laughed at with little seriousness, wifi non-existent for what you pay is not really worth it, I would not recommend this structure to anyone, the reception only knows how to make fun of the customer. .

Bad stay. The first day I had to ask for bathroom facilities because there was nothing; 3-night stay for two people and only one set of towels and towels provided; the TV not working, after reporting it from the first day we were told that they would fix it the following morning but it was not done, despite further reminders; breakfast with terrible coffee from a machine and obviously old food; Poor cleaning.

Before arriving, I'm honest, I was very worried about the reviews I read. The reviews are exaggerated, it's not as bad as they say, as a village I speak from my experience it's true we encountered some problems when we arrived such as air conditioning which wasn't working the manager, a very helpful and polite person, activated it immediately and they REPLACED the air conditioner for us on day of August and to apologize for the inconvenience he allowed us to stay another half day in the house, something that no one would have done. Maintenance workers, cleaning ladies, entertainment and reception are the TOP ☺️. THE ONLY trauma for my sister-in-law THERE IS NO WASHING MACHINE 😂 actually she's right, an oven would also be needed, it would need some sorting out because it has all the potential to be an excellent village because it is very large and beautiful, all in all we had a wonderful holiday, thank you to everyone. Value this place because it has all it takes to be the TOP 😉😉
