Please don't go! The hotel itself is dirty and smells of urine, the staff are rude and unwelcoming, there is nothing nice to say except save your money and time as we had to rebook as we would could not stay there
I visited the Chanteloup Hotel with my family (2+2).
The staff does not trust the customers: There is a TV in the room, but you need to pay a separate deposit for the remote.
The interior and rooms look like a 70s built Eastern Bloc...More
The hotel is located close to disneyland, but I was there for business reasons, so I wasn't much interested into the location. The hotel has a private parking and the gates are closed at nights, you can get in with your key, though.
Having just returned from this hotel I will try and give as honest an opinion as possible.
Firstly the hotel is clean and the two female members of staff behind the counter were both pleasant and helpful.
That's the positives.
