Francesco is a wonderful and cultured host with a beautiful hotel. Very kind and patient with our quite lively family. Truly recommended as a place to stay and see the Agrigento ruins. Breakfast was delicious on the terrace overlooking the city.

This place is truly remarkable. Wonderful nineteenth century building. Great welcome from Francesco and his two cats, the whole place beautifully furnished with antiques. All extremely stylish, and some very nice touches such as leaving a corkscrew in the fridge. The terrace where the excellent breakfast is served has a glorious view of the Valley of the Temples. Fantastic place...

We spent two nights - very comfortable central location; our host, Francisco, could not have done more to make us welcome. Two cats as well. Lovely breakfasts. We saw amazing Greek temples and ate good food.

The owner Francesco was a very charming host! His palatial B&B was inherited from his grandmother. The history of the second and third story apartment is interesting. Most of the furniture was from 2 generations ago but the host has been slowly adding personal touches to his much loved B&B. Francesco doesn't reside there and due to the time of...

have been with my family only one day would have liked to stay more in Agrigento just because the place is the best: for its position, for the care of the owner, for its charm: the best B&B ever experienced.

If a B&B is a place to sleep with a shower and a little food, you'll definitely get that there but in addition you'll also enjoy staying in an 1820 private hotel, sleeping under 10 feet high ceilings and having breakfast while admiring a breathtaking view of Agrigente from one of the 3 terrasses of the place. To top it...

This is the former family home of the owner, complete with black and white pictures from 90 years ago and an entry with a baby grand piano makes this a special experience. There are even two resident cats. The rooms were spotless, spacious and charming though with modern bathrooms. Lots of neat things to explore nearby. Adequate breakfast on a...

The B&B is in a lovely old house that has been beautifully and lovingly restored by Francesco. The whole building used to be owned by his family and he is happy to share the history of it and his family along with details of what Agrigento was and is now. He is obviously very involved in the community and gave...

Francesco, truly knowledgeable and passionate about sharing the story of his house, the legacy of his family, extremely attentive to each guest, made quite an impression on us. Moreover, his house is of a quite unforgettable beauty, reflecting local culture and traditions, but cozy and intimate in the same time. We keep in our memory and heart the memories collected...

I stayed in this wonderful B & B from 24/8- 30/8/16 and enjoyed every minute with my charming host Francesco and his two cats Pilu and Ginger. How do you explain this historical building with its unbelievable decor including art work that is superb. Terraces surround the home where you enjoy a delicious breakfast and great views. Francesco is an...
