This is a perfect located hotel with possibility to be a really nice three star hotel. But it's not! Our room was nice, a bit old but clean. Our balcony was a danger, because there where concrete falling from the balcony above. There where no restaurant as they advertised. But

A great family run spa hotel, well placed in Alassio a few steps from the beach. Rooms are scrupulously clean and our room (344) had a very pleasant small balcony. Breakfast and parking were both included in our room rate (€150 per night for a Rosa Blu room at the very end of August), but we chose not to use...

Not too bad Hotel, with interesting features like SPA and Garage which it is a premium in this city. 2 minutes from the promenade and the beach and quite central. Self service Breakfast has an average variety but unfortunately very little care is taken on the service. Once one item is finished no one come to replenishing the dish, same...

Thank you for your review. We try to do our best in everything we offer. When it comes to breakfast so many people together unfortunately the service slows down a little bit, but we will take a cue from your review to improve us even more. In wait to welcome you again, best regards Claudia M.

We went for a longer weekend with the family to Alassio and using tripadvisor we came to "Rosa". I need to admit it was a great finding ! The rooms big and clean, the breakfast very nice with lots of different teas, and the best: a superb SPA in the last floor of the building with a great view over...

Visited this hotel as member of large group. Thought represented value for money and rooms very comfortable .Ist issue was lack of soundproofing, as could hear conversation from neighbouring room very clearly. Buffet breakfast ok, but no staff service so hot drinks, tea and coffee came from a temperamental vending machine and the coffee was most unpleasant.

The hotel Rosa is situated down a short paved cul de sac in Alassio and very close to the sea front. Luggage has to be taken a short distance from the main highway, also a cul de sac, to the entrance. Entrance is into a reception/lounge area. Reception staff were cheerful and check in was done quickly. 2 lifts give...

Really bad experience. - We paid extra to get a balcony, although there was a big (aircondition?) box at the balcony so we couldn't use it. Nor was there any chairs at the balcony. - We had problems with the aircondition during night and called the 24 h night open reception to get help. The man who answered didn't understand...
