My partner & I spent a week here as part of a Neilson snowboarding package in February. We could not really fault anything about this hotel. The rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels / bedding. The rooms were always warm which helped dry our kit every night & they were quite spacious with plenty of cupborad / draw...

Would recommend, Service could not fault .Does very good food, just spoilt a little by the tinned vegetables .Carrots&beans.. . Tourist will not be over charged for drinks. The rooms are clean and warm. Would like to revisit, It is very near the train station if you plan a trip to Turin and offers great ski piste .

Spent a week at this hotel as part of a Nielsons Ski Package in January. Initially a little apprehensive due to some negative reviews on this website. Upon arrival we were welcomed by friendly staff who quickly had us in our, clean, and pleasant (although perhaps a little dated) rooms. The food was excellent, and served by a brilliant waiter,...

Fantastic hotel, the food was incredible with lovely local produce and good Italian cooking, wine/beer was good and affordable, the staff were very friendly. Clean warm and welcoming, everything as it should be, and always a smile when you walked in the door. Quick buses from the door to the slopes. Loved Bardonecchia and La Betulla, see you soon. Kent...

Very good location. Not the most up-to-date hotel but everything I wanted from a cheap Nielson trip. Staff very friendly and helpful especially the waiter Vincenzo. As has been said eslewhere the rooms are a little tired but that does not matter for this type of holiday and the value this place represents. Would recommend.

Given a bit of a spread of comments on TA on this hotel, we arrived on a Neilson ski deal a little pensive, but any concerns were quickly dispelled. The hotel is very clean and warm (bedrooms even a bit hot!) with plenty of hot water for muscle-relaxing baths after a hard day's skiing. The food is good and plentiful,...

We stayed here for a week while on a Neilson skiing holiday. Yes, the rooms are small and look a little 'tired', but everything works - plenty of hot water, warm, comfortable bed. The best things were the friendliness of the staff (Michaela on reception and Vincenzo in the restaurant are to be commended...) and the location. The free bus,...

We stayed here over the Christmas Week 2012. The staff are very friendly and eager to help. The food is hearty and warming, though unadventurous eaters may find some of the traditional italian meals somewhat novel, I loved them. The rooms are small but for the most part have balconies. They are clean and hard wearing as required for a...

We only stayed here one night to check out the ski slopes of Bardonecchia. The ski areas are very nice, has a social atmosphere and there are loads of slopes. It is easily reached by the ski shuttle from the station and a stop next to the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good enough...

This is my second visit to this hotel and again I had a lovely time. Staff are very friendly and helpful, food is acceptable (improved since my last visit) and I ate well every day. Meal times were very entertaining, especially with the dessert trolley! The bedrooms were basic but clean and tidy. Bar prices were reasonable and although the...
