Fantastic friendly hotel with good food and helpful staff. Lovely spa too and right on the nursery slopes. The family rooms are a great size and are nicely decorated. We had a fab balcony which overlooked the ski slopes.

Not a fancy hotel but ok for going to ski. It's right at the slopes and rental stores for your gear. WiFi in my room was quite good. Breakfast and dinner were ok, without being exceptional. Personnel seemed nice.

Staff were so helpful and friendly. Rooms were great for families and food was plentiful. Only downside was the size of the bar area, got very full after a days skiing but we went to Harolds across the way. Overall a great trip, good skiing and a comfy place to lay our heads!!!

We booked this hotel in this ski resort primarily because of its convenient location but it was so much more. The rooms were comfortable and warm. There was plenty of hot water and the bathroom was spacious. The rooms were cleaned with new towels every day. The staff were welcoming and the bar area was comfortable although got quite crowded...

Hotel was very good, excellent location next to chair lift. The family room was good with a nice balcony and good bathroom. Food was very good and authentic Italian. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We also had access to the spa and swimming pool which had sauna and steam room and we used it a lot. Would definitely...

Music played at top volume at 8.30am is unusual. Breakfast with Stevie Wonder is not cup of tea, not recommended for families and no respect for those of us not awake quite yet. Evening was constant family party which was ok, but again after a full day of skiiing Sean Paul is nice but we needed our bed about 9.30...

A very clean hotel, very helpful staff, the manager Elton is the best, nothing was a problem; he arranged ski lessons for us by email before we arrived. The maitre d' was delightful & his lovely staff were very attentive & friendly. Children were very welcome & there was no dress code. The village was lovely for walking around even...

Stayed here for a week towards to the end of January. It was the first time skiing for my other half and my first for a good few years. The hotel was lovely, reception, lobby and bar were nicely decorated and laid out. Staff at the bar, reception and in the restaurant were always friendly and helpful. The food was...

We chose Hotel Rive having stayed at Vallagio Olympica same time last year - loved the resort but were disappointed with that hotel so decided to upgrade this year to the Rive. So glad we did. The hotel does not have bells and whistles it's functional and does exactly what it says on the tin! The main plus is its...
