This was our fourth trip with Riviera Travel and it will be our last. The hotel was fine and in a great location, all the trips and the courier were very good. Unfortunately as on previous Riviera holidays the evening meals have been terrible. We have been reliably informed that Riviera only allow the hotels a very small sum per...

Thank you for your feedback which we have taken note of. We are working closely with our tour operator partners to ensure that our clients expectatations are met. We are currently in the process of reassessing the menus offered and improving quality where possible.

The hotel is located in a lovely spot. We found the staff friendly if not overly helpful. the coffee was poor and breakfast mediocre. The pool was a big attraction for us booking here as we have a small child. Nice although without a shallow end.

Booking at the last minute, our options were limited in this area. From previous reviews, we were expecting to find a slightly shabby hotel but were pleasantly surprised. It is certainly old-school and traditional but perfectly well cleaned and maintained. The location is excellent, especially for rooms with a lake view, with free parking in the town centre, free Wifi...

Very nice room at rear of hotel, clean, tidy and well decorated. Stayed with Riviera Travel group, evening meals bit hit and miss for intolerances and vegetarian option but staff friendly, helpful and polite

Only average hotel, dated and in need some refurbishment. Extractor in bathroom didn't work and washbasin would not retain water. But worst of all was the food. Antipasto was exactly the same every night, consisting of lettuce, tomatoes and cheese, nothing I would call Italian. Main course was always sparse and as remote from Italian fare as it would be possible...

Our first visit to Lake Como, Italy my family and I stayed at Hotel Regina and it was truly a wonderful experience. The view from our hotel room was one that was peaceful and unforgettable. The hotel is walking distance from shops, restaurants and remarkable villas such as Villa Erba and Villa D'Este. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, rooms...

This hotel is only three miles from Como itself, but is situated in the perfect location for walking to the jetty, bars and restaurants. Boats sail all day up and down the lake and are well worth the experience. Staff are friendly and helpful from morning until evening. Our room had a lovely balcony and overlooked the lake. Car parking...

Had a fabulous stay, travelled as part of a group with Riviera Travel. Having read some of the previous reviews I did have some concerns before we arrived but I think the hotel must have been recently decorated as we found it quite charming - it could be the setting for a Merchant Ivory novel! The reception rooms are all...

The hotel is nicely located in a small village, so after you park your car for free it is nice to walk around the village and enjoy the local atmosphere. The hotel itself could use a bit up upgrading as the standard of our room was average. The receptionist was helpful with a tip on a restaurant after we had...

We had a good stay on Cernobbio. The Hotel is old fashion but with a kind of a romantic touch. The staff are very friendly and all was clean. Bad side was no room service available (tried to call but nobody picked up) and the breakfast was just ok. Choices at breakfast buffet were ok, but bread was not fresh......
