Stayed here for 4 nights whilst on a coach tour. Nice hotel, if a little old fashioned. Meals were quite good, although I feel I've had enough pasta to last a lifetime. Our room was large, but had no balcony, not a problem as weather changeable but if visiting in summer avoid rooms 18 to 23 if you want to...

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights as part of a coaching holiday with Newmarket Holidays. The location was particularly good, in the middle of a small spa town, however, we had insufficient time to explore the surroundings due to the constraints of the holiday timetable and our fatigue after a long day. Our room was clean, I particularly...

We spent 4 nights and only nights in the hotel because we made our tours from here in Tuscany. The staff was indescribably friendly and helpful. When the bartender saw us, gave us a big smile and knew what we wanted to order without any question :) The bakery wasn't so fresh in the breakfast but it doesn't matter. For...

Stayed here for 3 nights on a tour, it was 3 nights too long, food poor, and 5 courses of poor food was too much, Hotel was 70's, a lot of the nearby hotels were shut and boarded up, which tells a story. Being elderly, the bath and shower were a problem, bath side was well too high, room noisy...

I give this hotel four stars instead of the three it deserves purely because of the excellent sevice of the staff and extremely good cleanliness throughout. We stayed here for four nights on a coach tour with Newmarket travel. Although this hotel needs some updating especially the showers, the rooms were rather large with plenty of wardrobe space and free...

Although the hotel is dated and is in need of some refurbishment our stay overall was comfortable. The hotel is situated fairly close to a number of local shops where small gifts can be picked up for a fraction of the prices paid in the main tourist areas. The hotel itself has a pleasant bar and lounge area and a...

Staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Room was a good size and clean. Our room backed on to the railway line but the noise was minimal and didn't affect a very good night's sleep. Very nice pool area. Hotel was very clean. Food good.

This is a 60s hotel that looks pretty poor from the outside and is of its time inside. Food great served quickly to big numbers all at the same time. Lifts inadequate for coach party arrivals. The bar prices are OK and the rooms large but a little dated and tired.

The President Hotel is set in a small town in glorious Tuscany countryside. The hotel facilities were excellent, the bedroom spacious comfortable and with a balcony (albeit overlooking the car park). The food was excellent and one never left the table feeling other that replete. Since we were on a Seven City tour of Italy this was an ideal hotel...
