Stayed here because we wanted to arrive a few days before our cruise and the hotel seemed very convenient to the port. I think the staff is top notch and amongst the best I’ve ever had. We got delayed in Iceland and wasn’t going to get here until very late. I called the front desk the day of arrival and they were able to arrange the airport pickup, even after our flight got delayed a second time that day. This took a lot of stress out of getting here. They also arranged our transfer to the ship - great!

Our room was very clean, spacious, and well serviced. My only small complaint is the shower water doesn’t drain quickly so I had to stop/start my shower several times during the process - but the water pressure is great and hot water is plentiful. The bed is comfortable and there are several light switches around the room so you don’t have to get out of bed to turn off the lights. It’s in the mid 80s and the air conditioner kept the room very cool. Make sure to pack a 220/240 volt adapter because the room doesn’t have USB ports. There’s a large closet with a few hangers and a safe.

The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the train station (not good for people with mobility issues due to a lack of sidewalks along the way). So we took the train to Rome the day after arrival with no problems. There are bars and restaurants all within a few minutes walk. The hotel offered breakfast, so that made for a very relaxing way to start our day after visiting Rome the previous day.

We spent three nights here prior to our cruise and it was perfect. I would definitely stay here again on our next cruise and recommend it to anyone. We weren’t disappointed.

The hotel is clean and service was very good. Their transfer from Fiumicino was great and their transfer to the port was very reasonable. Breakfast was good. Eggs, bacon and sausages were provided along with a great selection of pastries and cold cuts.

The only criticism I have is that the mattress was rock hard. They really need to change this to a softer mattress or provide a topper. Otherwise I would recommend this place.

We chose to stay at this hotel for a few days before our cruise. It’s is an older hotel. Our transportation from the airport went without a hitch. Rooms are spacious and clean. AC is cold. Staff is welcoming and accommodating. The included breakfast was fine for most people.
I found a few things that are worth mentioning. There is one desk chair in the room. No couch to sit on. There was a rusted bolt protruding from the bathroom floor directly in front of the shower door openings. I think it may be a door stop. There are no hand rails (if you choose to use the stairs).
The entertainment area with restaurants, bars and waterfront attractions is a long walk or expensive car ride.
Most of these issues are not important if you are staying for just one night.

Don't stay here if you value your health. We booked a 1-night stay pre-cruise in room #207 and it was covered in black mold around the windows, walls, ceilings and shower. It is old and dated with peeling paint and wallpaper, a thick musty odour and warm even with air conditioning running. They offered another room on the third floor which was newly painted but we can only assume they covered over the mold around the windows since it was still found in other areas and in the shower. We decided it was better to walk away and lose the money rather than risk our health. When the front desk asked why we were leaving, we showed them these photos and they said "Well, it doesn't matter to me." They clearly couldn't care less about people's health. Family members we were traveling with did not stay either and, as we were leaving, another couple also walked out on their reservation for the same reasons. Stay somewhere else.

Super large suite with kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom, living/dining room and balcony. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is old school, meaning you leave your key at the front desk when you go out.

Elevator is small but adequate.

TV had lots of channels but except for two, all Italian. News was CNN international.

We forgot our plug adapter (Italy to North America) and the hotel lent us one.

We purchased the pickup service from FCO (Rome airport) to the hotel. About a 40 minute drive. Cost 120 euros for two of us. And we purchased the shuttle service to the cruise terminal for 20 euros for the two of us. Excellent service.

The hotel was well situated in the town. An easy walk to the sea front.

Definitely would stay here again.

Huge two bedroom with kitchenette. We didn't really need all that space but it was very affordable and convenient to our cruise ship. The place is pretty dated but it was clean, quiet and comfortable. The man at the desk was very nice and recommended a fantastic little pizzeria just a couple blocks away.

Comfortable hotel about 15-20 min walk to train / water/shops & fabulous food options. Friendly staff that offered map and walking directions. Breakfast with espresso/coffee options included. Offers shuttle to port for additional cost (about price of a taxi).

This hotel is only 29 rooms and old school nice. Traditional lovely, small hotel with exceptional staff. Good breakfast included with excellent coffee. Allesso was a wonderful help in giving us recommendations for the area.
Everyone there is personable and helpful. The rooms were clean and large with air conditioning. 1.5 miles from the cruise ship port. They offered a shuttle for €15 to and from the ship. Definitely stay there again

A comfortable older hotel, with helpful staff and a full breakfast. Comfortable beds, clean bath. Free Wi-Fi. Not near restaurants, but a car service will take you to an excellent family style restaurant nearby. Safe. Elevators. Not in the tourist area, a 10 minute walk to the port. Good value

Affordable, clean and great service. Although furniture is a bit dated, the rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Big balcony too. The reception service is great and the shuttle service is very efficient. We were so happy with our first stay that we decided to book again for our return from the cruise.

We were only there one night. Arrvied late, had breakfast the next morning and left. We did see restaurants on the way from the port to the ferry and the hotel will call a taxi for you. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
