Friendly staff and good breakfast - modest rooms but OK for the price. Met all our requirements for one night prior to Cruise embarkation. Would use again. Excellent meal at Dal Grigio at bottom of road from hotel -the frontage is deceiving, the restaurent is obviously owned by the shops on either side and has an extensive interior area behind...

Had 5 people so no hotels in area could accomodate us in a single room. We got a suite room which was very spacious, clean, quiet, reasonably priced. Had fridge and cooking facilites. Very pleasantly surprised how nice it was. Very nice restaurant staff recommended 5 mins away. Huge grocery store around train station open all day and Sunday @10mins...

We stayed a night here in advance of joining a cruise, which I suspect is a large part of the customer base here. We were surprised to have been upgraded to a top-floor suite, which was appreciated. The apartment-sized unit was large but with some odd additions--like a portable sauna in the dining area and a baby play-pen in the...

We have stayed in this hotel just for 1 night before our cruise, it was very comfortable and relaxing. The kind receptionist advised us to eat at the restaurant Aqua which was approx 10 mins from the hotel where we found a nice welcome and nice italian food. I can recommend both this hotel and the restaurant.

Hotel Traiano provides shuttle services from Rome airport to the hotel and from there to the cruise ship terminal. So, the hotel is a very good choice if you are having an overnight in Civitaveccia before joining a cruise ship. The accommodation is good, the staff could not be more helpful and a nice continental breakfast is provided. The shuttle...

We booked a 12 night Mediterranean cruise to start on October 3rd. We bought roundtrip tickets from PHL to FCO that would get us to Italy one day before the cruise. In May, I checked the reviews on TripAdviser and tried to book the Hotel Bramonte near the cruise port. It was already filled to capacity so we booked the...

We decided to stay in Civi before our cruise. Didn't want the trouble and expense to drag our luggage back and forth from Rome. This plan worked out well. The hotel's pick up service from the airport was punctual. We were able to check in at 9:30 AM which surprised us. One couple from our group dropped their bags and...

Like everyone else, we stayed here one night prior to a cruise. We reserved well in advance, paid the standard rate, but were upgraded to a suite. Very nice hotel. Very pleased. Great staff. The complimentary continental breakfast was good, and our free shuttle ride to the port left right on time. The location was OK - especially if you...

Like many of the hotels' guests, my wife and I were staying at for one night prior to departing on our cruise. The airport pick-up at midday, shared with a Canadian couple to reduce the cost, was handled very efficiently so we were whisked to the hotel and settled in our room by 2pm. After a walk around the town...
