The hotel was service oriented. The staff at the desk, restaurant, and housekeeping went above and beyond to see that my wife and I had all we needed to be comfortable. While we spoke English very well, our Italian was entry level. The hotel staff was patient with our inability to pronounce the Italian phrases from our Italian for dummies... More

I stayed here with my colleague on Thursday 11th September 2015 for a business trip. Both of our rooms were very comfortable with excellent air con. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, thank you Rossello. Food was good with a varied menu. The price was very good for a good hotel, well worth a stay if in Conegliano. We will... More

This is a perfect place to use to visit Venice. Just an hour away by train. You walk from the hotel to the train station in 5 minutes. Colegniano itself is also very much worth visiting. Beautiful, great restaurants and bars. Not many tourists! The hotel is clean and everone from the staff is really helpful and friendly.

We as a couple visited the area of Conegliano from Thursday to Monday choosing the Cristallo for our hotel and we are glad that we did. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the train station and finding the hotel was really easy. A warm welcome and easy check in. From getting off the train on arrival we were... More

Rooms are clean (especially the bathroom). The wifi is working and free. The breakfast is really good. The staff incredibly friendly. No elevator but it is not a issue if your travelling light. Downtown the city.

Unfortunately, having all my luggage stolen immediately prior to my arrival at the Cristallo somewhat ruined my business stopover but the concern shown by the owners and the staff was comforting to say the least. They sorted me out as best they could and arranged a visit to the local police station to report the crime the following morning. I... More

Stayed 3 nights solo during a business trip. Really Clean, plenty of space to unpack bags into. A nice big back door to open at night for fresh air (room at back of building) Big bathroom. A very nice place with friendly helpful attentive staff who speak fluent English. The shower could be improved by fitment of a screen instead... More

All the reviews are pretty much spot on. Nothing flashy. Great location. About 20min by train to Traviso and 50min to Venice. Not much more to say then that. Its just a hotel...nothing fancy. The price was right and the faciltiy was clean. The staff were friendly and for the most part spoke english. I would stay here again.
