We stayed 1 week in Palme Suites as part of a Dutch bus tour with a group of 30 people. Hotel Palme and Palme Suites are two different buildings managed by one reception. Palme Suites is the more modern building. I guess all disappointed reviews here are about Palme hotel which looked old and dark even from outside. Palme Suites...

The staff are friendly and generally speak good English as well as some German. It is not luxury but the room was well cleaned and had a great view from the balcony (which we were not expecting). We stayed for 1 week which was enough time. A really convenient location, only 5-10 minute walk from town where buses can take...

If your expecting luxury this is not the hotel to go to however it's of a good enough standard that makes a stay here well worth it. We stayed here for 10 nights and thought it was great ok the rooms are a little dated and the air con did not work but the views we had over the lake...

Friendly welcome from helpful staff on reception. Room was well equipped and maintained, exceptionally clean.View from the balcony was beautiful, we requested a high floor hoping the view would be better and we were not disappointed. Our room was cleaned to a very high standard every day. The staff in the dinning room were very efficient and friendly, the food...

Would not change a thing about this hotel.Great location great food big rooms 2 large pools great price.People complaining should pay twice the price or lower their high standards. so what if the hotel was built 50 years ago it is a typical italian hotel that I will be re booking as soon as possible.

After getting moved from a dangerous tiny bedroom with a mirror hanging off wall we experienced our first of many bland and discusting meals. No air conditioning in restaurant flies lighting on you and food which was saturated in salt. My daughter and grand daughter where with my husband and I. Food bad for us but for a 7 year...

Stayed here for a week with my family. 2 adults, 3 children 5, 7 and 9. The hotel must of been built over 50 years ago but I don't think anything has been upgraded, changed or fixed since. Everywhere you look you see broken fixtures and fittings with bodge job repairs. Specifically: en-suite with cracked tiles, cracked basin stuck together...
