Everything good, worth the extra for sea view. Staff friendly and attentive. Breakfast and dinner had ample variety and was consistently good. Local resort round the corner had all you need. Large seawater pool with plenty of surrounding space and garden.

We spent two weeks here at the end of May. A pleasant hotel with lots of character. There are lots of tasteful artefacts from all over Sicily displayed throughout the hotel, the gardens overlooking the sea are very pretty, the pool area is clean, we never had to wait for sun loungers, the water was fairly cold and was sea...

This hotel is quite nice. It has both a pool and unsupervised swimming in the sea. The public areas are decorated with antiques gathered from all over Sicily. Some rooms have balconies overlooking the sea. Our room was windowless but reasonably spacious. They serve a nice breakfast buffet and have a bar open during the day. The grounds are nicely...

... Is key and the hotel has one of the best! Yes you will have to walk a kilometer to go to the center of the city but on the other hand you have 5 steps to jump from the hotel to the sea (direct access). Rooms are good and big enough. Overall the clients seems to be retired people...

When looking for hotels in Giardini Naxos it was quite hard to find many appealing hotels as most in the town where quite small and didn't have a pool. We found the Arathena Rocks Hotel just out of the town. The rooms where massive in comparison to other hotels that I looked at and the pool was brilliant. After reading...

We stayed here for 4 nights in August. We were a bit worried about distance from centre but we were delighted with location. We enjoyed the pool and the walk into town was always pleasant - even at lunchtime. There are plenty of restaurants close by if one doesn't feel like the 20 minute stroll. We chose this hotel because...

I visited the hotel with my girlfriend in July 2014 which was said to be peak season. Even so the hotel never felt crowded with its spacious public areas. We had a seaside room with a balcony overlooking the salt swimming pool and lava rock seashore. It was a very soothing sight and the breeze from the sea gave some...

I cannot praise this hotel enough. The staff are all efficient and very helpful, checking in and out was a breeze. Our room was immaculately clean , with linens and towels changed daily. The room was huge, with a lovely balcony overlooking the sea with table and chairs. Certainly worth the small surcharge for sea view ! It is an...

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days at the start of June. It is beautiful and very quirky. The pool is by far its highlight as it backs onto the lava rocks. We snorkelled off the rocks several mornings. We were delighted we stayed here instead of in Taormina itself as we got the best of both sea and...

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was great, overlooking the lovely salt-water pool and rocks and sea beyond. This is out of the main Giardini Naxos seafront and we were glad of that, because GN itself was a bit run-down and the poor relation to Taormina up on the hillside. Good points - very helpful reception...
