This place is located in a very poor and remote area of Grosseto. Owner and especially owner's wife are totally jerks and unhelpful. Rooms are terrible: gloomy, bleak, dreadful. Unclean and dusty. The bathroom is so small with a tiny shower which is a joke. If you want to use the quaint kitchen, it will cost you an additional 20€...

Le Corti is in the middle of nowhere, but it's worth a stopover! It's very quiet, has huge rooms - ours had a living/dining room as well as a separate bedroom - a very comfortable bed and warm friendly service. The ristorante attached was excellent for dinner! Very traditional rustic Tuscan cooking with great local wines! I'm afraid the shower...

In fact, Le Corti has many advantages: very spacious rooms, perfect for self-catering, quiet location and generally clean. No problems with insects or something of the kind. Breakfast was fair, probably even better than one would expect in Italy for the price. By and large, the only only two snags about it are: 1) the place is definitely NOT among...

I was looking for overnight stay near Grosseto and Maremma regional park. It wasn't easy to find the place, I had to use GPS coordinates, as address didn't gave the right direction. I was a surprise to find such a large apartment hotel basically in cul de sac of small village. Unfortunately Roselle is not the picturesque old Italian village,...

I'm really impressed about rapport quality-price and worker's wonderful kindness. Excellent cleaning. You can bring at home organic food buying in the quite Roselle village ( where the residence is) or anywhere in Maremma and you have here all cooking pot necessary, plates ...as in your home. Or you can eat a good pizza and good pasta in the Residence...
