The place - my room was large, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was huge with lively products.
The owner - what a lovely man. So passionate about the region. We had very enthusiastic discussions about food and the region. Guiseppie provided a lot if very useful information. He suggested a restaurant ( another great review from me ) and the local pizzeria was also fantastic.
I would def stay here again. Do be aware, however, that English is not that strong so better to have some Italian.

Lovely stay in L'Aquila during family trip. Strongly recommended! The owner is very kind, and simply amazing. The rooms are quite big, newly furnished, and very clean. Huge breakfast. Not far from city center, but car is suggested.

Very very nice place to stay when you're in l'Aquila. Very nice host, big room, clean and beautiful, and a good breakfast, especially the coffee! The host speaks english very well and I guess french even better. And he knows a lot of wonderful places around the area for trips, trekking, restaurants. For example where to find the best Arosticini! If you follow his recommendations, you'll gonna have a great time in l'Aquila and surrounding!

Lovely place, nice location. The host is great, very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and homelike, with some original but subtle decorations. Breakfast in a big kitchen, nice atmosphere, beautiful view from the hill and a good restaurant very close to Giuggiolando.

A great room, very quiet and very welcoming, with great views of the mountains around the city. The host is very nice and helpful; he came to get me at the bus station and helped me with my travel arrangements. The breakfast in a big kitchen is a great opportunity to find out what to do in L'Aquila.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay at this B&B, despite a dubious start - I had confirmed the booking quite a while ahead (ca. 2 months), but didn't reconfirm closer to the time. Giuseppe didn't really expect us because of this and had booked to go on holidays the day after we arrived.
I was a bit annoyed at first, but actually it was my fault for not re-confirming closer to the time.

Anyway, he went out of his way to make us welcome, came and met us on the main road (the B&B is hard to find if you haven't been there before) and prepared us a lovely room with an extra bed. He recommended a restaurant literally around the corner for dinner (absolutely fantastic place, divine food, huge portions - twice the normal size). The next morning he was there chatting to us during our breakfast - homemede jams & baked goods, and even took the kids to pick fresh raspberries in the garden.

The room was large, as was the bathroom, very clean, lots of atmosphere, beautiful views. Giuseppe is a very attentive and thoughtful host who really cares about his B&B and his clients.

You can't help but give top marks to this b&b: very clean, in a quiet area and not too far from the center of L'Aquila, with very nice rooms. Topping it all off is the manager Giuseppe who personally prepares desserts for breakfast (the idea of eating together with the other guests is wonderful) and who is always ready to recommend places to visit. Absolutely coming back!

The B&B is located in a beautiful semi-hilly position, with a suggestive view, but quite far from the center of L'Aquila. So a car (or motorbike) is mandatory to get around. The paradox and absurdity is that, despite being in the countryside, there are serious problems with parking, forced into a limited area in front of the structure where other homes are located. Having said that, very nice and well-kept rooms in a decidedly country atmosphere. Perhaps in the summer there could be heat problems, so it would be useful to equip the rooms with air conditioning. Mandatory notification for Giuseppe, the owner, who will welcome you like old friends, making you immediately feel like "family"! His continuous chatter, exhaustive and friendly, will accompany you from the first seconds of breakfast.

Very pleasant stay, clean rooms, very quiet area with a view over the whole city, excellent breakfast. The owner Giuseppe is an extremely friendly person and an inexhaustible source of information and advice, we had a great time. If we ever pass through these parts again in the future, we will definitely return here.
