We stayed at this hotel during our visit to Lecce. Its located at the heart fo Medieval Lecce on an ancient Miqve and almost adjacent to the Basilica of the Holy Cross. We stayed at the room called "the synagoge" in the middle of which there are columns, remnants of the old MIqve and synagoge that used to be there....

Beautiful Palazzo Persone! Located in the heart of Leece. We were met by Anna Maria and she was such a pleasure to meet. Made suggestions on what to do during the day and what places to see. Her parents were a real treat!!! Loved going to breakfast. Food was amazing and loved their sense of humour 😂We cannot wait to...

6 rooms in an historic synagoge from 15th century, right in the center of the city. The rooms have all modern facilities you need but still have the charm and look of the old synagoge with beautiful sand stone walls and even glass floors in some rooms to show the historical stone floors under the current ones. But maybe the...

We stayed at Palazzo Persone on our way North to Switzerland. What a truly unique experience in Lecce, which is a truly unique city. The property is located adjacent too, below and on top of an ancient synagogue in the old city and is a tourist attraction in it's own right based on the history. Our room included some of...

Fabulous location in heart of historic Lecce. Ana's service was above and beyond - met us outside the gates & hopped into our car to help find parking on a super busy night. She had prepared us an anniversary surprise upon check in - prosecco and pastries - so thoughtful! Very comfortable and clean room - we stayed in room...

First of all it is in the best possible location in Lecce, but most importantly the people that manage the place are exceptionally nice and friendly, i never write reviews and this is...

I had such a fabulous experience staying here in heart of the historical centre of Lecce. The rooms were very clean and cool ( stone bathroom). The staff was super helpful and lovely. The breakfast was a delight as well as the friendly staff that work there. Overall a great place, in a special location with lovely, friendly staff!

It was very special being in the centre of this wonderful city. The Palazzo was next to an interesting museum showing 14th century relics of the old Jewish quarter. The room was very spacious, clean and with a good size bathroom. Breakfast included some very nice custard pastries. I, very stupidly, left on the lights of my unfamiliar hire car,...

We stayed as a family (two young kids) in their largest room which had windows facing right out on the main piazza. The room was huge, with a king bed, and two big chairs that each opened up into a twin size bed. My kids were charmed by the beds, and we were all charmed by the room, city, and...
