We have stayed here a few times now, the first time we were in the apartments which are nice if a little cramped for 4 adults, and have stayed B&B in the hotel since then. The breakfast is always good, with enough choice to suit everyone. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It can be a bit of a trek... More

Back to livigno after 2 years and chose the Garni Francescator B&B basis. Great location and ski to door (from doss 18) 2-3 minute walk to the ski school at 18, same to marcos, with the bellavista and daphne's within 50 metres, approximatly 10-15 mins to the centre. Very warm hotel, double room was small, decent storage space, nice bathroom,... More

Very good location. Close to slopes. After slopes you can almost ski to front door. Downstairs lounge very nice. Joe the barman very friendly and helpful. Though should improve his latte skills lol Our bedroom was ok. On a smaller side, but hey! It's only for sleeping. Though our friends had massive room. Good wifi. Nice breakfast. Just if you... We have just returned from a week's stay here in the apartments. It is in a great position very close to the slopes and an easy ski down to the bottom of the Carosello. There are two good supermarkets within 5-10 minutes walk and several restaurants just down the road. The bedrooms were a good size with comfortable beds and... More

We have stayed in Livigno many times but never at this end of the village and it was a good place to stay. There are loads of shops and restaurants and you can ski from lift 18 across to the Carosello ski area and back from the slopes to the apartment door. There is a bus stop outside the apartments... A very pleasant and welcoming small hotel, 5 minutes from the Galli Fedele ski and board school. This was our 3rd stay at the hotel, and the lady owner recognised us and was very welcoming. We had a nice room, spotlessly clean, always lots of hot water on tap. A couple of things did not work, like the fan in... More

Continental cold Breakfast was great, the hot bits were a lacking but not an issue. Barman and restaurant area was great.
