Really enjoyed my week stay here. Small but friendly and good atmosphere. Warm and cozy after a days skiing.Good breakfast included.Only negative comment would be no tea making facilities in room, so would take travel kettle.Would definately return again.

Just returned from another 1 week stay here (4th time back to the same hotel). Have previously only stayed in the apartments. The B&B is spotlessly clean, and the continental breakfast is very nice (warm hard boiled eggs, meats, cheeses, yogurts, variety of sweet pastries and breads). The bedrooms are just about large enough, with enough storage etc. however, one...

Just returned from Livigno having had a fabulous week - great resort and lovely hotel in an excellent location. Good continental breakfast in small restaurant although it was a little warm, down there if anything! Staff were efficient . Bedrooms have good amount of storage, are clean and comfortable. Good restaurants, bars and shops closeby ( we hardly walked 200...

Excellent location, 2 bed apartment ideal for family of 4, thought Bellavista was ok (even the pizza is very average and the wee pizza place beside the bus stop at Mottolino makes a better one), dinner in Marcos and the Allegra hotel up the road better. Recommend the mountain restaurant Camanel (top of chairlift 1) when there's blue skies and...

Just returned from Livigno at the Francescato apartments.. well run, clean and everything you would need. Breakfast optional which was well worth it to start the day. Can you believe it too much snow so some days had to cut short our skiing. As someone suggested the apt should have some letter of welcome which includes where the safe is...

Just returned from a week in Livigno - a wonderful time had by all three of us as the snow was perfect, and we loved the hotel. Staff were friendly, rooms immaculate and I actually discovered how to turn the TV over to English instead of subtitles - its the Nicam button on the remote where you can select the...

Just returned from a week at the Garni Francascato. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Basic but spotlessly clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff who couldn't do enough to help. The Hotel and Apartments are very close to the ski bus ( 20 yards) and there are lockable lockers downstairs at the hotel. Breakfast is a simple but very adequate continetal...

What a nice place to stay!! Not the Ritz but very comfortable, clean, good typical continental style breakfast with local cheese, meats & dairy plus a selection of cereals. Very friendly staff. The warmest boot room in any ski resort so wait until you are ready for skiing before putting your jacket on. Ski in subject to snow conditions. Ski...

Great location, when snow is good it is ski in but difficult to ski out due to the incline. Very clean fairly spacious, a bit dated but great value. Safe in room is reassuring and lovely to have a balcony although in the one bed apt it is shared. We went with another couple but like our own space however...
