We spent a lovely ski vacation in the hotel. Took the mini suite on 5th floor, and it turned out to be very big and comfortable. The hotel does not have an arrangement for tea and coffee in the room - but you can ask for a kettle and you will have one. The wifi is available at all times...

Wonderful stay - excellent premises, food and spa. Skiing out of the hotel and outstanding ski area. The service by all parts of the staff was outstanding, with tons of good will and very friendly attitude. For non-skiers, great walks around guided by charming Tommaso. Highly recommended!

We are a family of 4 (2 kids: 9 and 3,5) stayed in the hotel with our friends for 2 weeks starting from late December 2015. The positive things are: the hotel is well located for skiing (Fortini place with 2 ski troleys to Groceto and PradoLago are just 7 minutes walk in the moon boots - less than probably...

This hotel has a great location for a family as it is on the slopes, has good rooms, serves excellent food and facilities for children are good. Unfortunately bar/restaurant service is slow and haphazard to say the least (late and incorrect delivery of food and unable to supply even egg cups at breakfast), the shuttle service to the slopes very...

CONVENIENCE.Everything you would possibly need on a ski holiday is found in this beautiful self contained resort on the ski hill. Lovely rooms were recently remodeled to the highest standard, breakfast and dinner were delicious, staff was always friendly and helpful. The spa atmosphere was on par with a Ritz Carlton spa with many unique but in this case well...

We had a good vacation here but , the quality of the hotel is not coherent with the price, it is a bit pricey for what you get. It is a 4 star hotel. The position is great, specially if you have small kids starting to ski as it is right there a few meters away from the learning slope,...

What a difference a year make. Last winter we had a great ski vacation here, wrote a great review and brought 4 other families for this year. During this winter there was no snow, except on the main ski track and the value of the hotel was spinning down, as the main blue line that lead directly to the hotel was...

It was my first ski vacation in Italy, and It turned out to be a very good experience. Rooms in the hotel were clean and reasonably spacious. The spa and the pool are superb! Food was good, but not something special, and you have to pay extra for wine and water at the dinner. Although the deserts were remarkable! Sometimes...

“Ask if they have bathtub or not and prefer the one that are not facing the street, as there is a bit of noise. The hotel is huge, so better if they are closer to the ground.”
