We stayed at this hotel to attend a friends wedding at the castle. Location wise it is superb as it sits right in the centre of Malcesine on the banks of Lake Garda. The hotel itself is probably a good 2 star, it was clean but clearly in need of some sympathetic updating throughout without losing its charm. Bedrooms are...

Perfect location and excellent weather. The hotel is getting very tired though, the decor could do with a major overhaul. Our room had a balcony with a view of the lake, which was very good, and the room was very clean and comfortable. I would imagine that in the height of summer air conditioning would be a bonus. The room...

The very friendliest hotel you could wish for. We stayed for 2 weeks and the very nice 4 course evening menu was different for 14 nights. Quaint, typically Italian, small hotel with the best sundeck in Malcesine -literally on the Lake. Only small problem for those who have to be "connected" even on holiday was that wifi access was only...

Booked an Inghams package deal and chose this hotel for location as travelling with my elderly mother and wished to be central and on flat ground; the location is really excellent, right on the waterfront and virtually at the harbour, close to all the bars and restaurants. Good Things Location, see above; waterfront sun terrace with stunning views across the...

Hotel is on the lake shoe, we had a comfortable room with a lake view. The staff were very friendly and spoke very good English. The breakfast was the usual continental fare of cold meats, cheese, hot/cold eggs and hot sausage. Will be returning.

I was charged £100 per week single room supplement for a tiny room which could not have been anything but a single room. I have complained to Omega holidays. I will be contacting A.B.T.A. This practice must stop. I am sure I am not alone in this. What war rents these holiday companies charging these supplements. Margaret.

I have just returned home, after celebrating my daughter's wedding. This is our third visit to this Hotel. My husband, myself, my mother and my now, Son-in Laws parents arrived on the 27th April, followed by 48 other guests on Saturday the 30th. We had the most fantastic welcome by staff, who were so friendly, helpful, would do absolutely anything...

The hotel is lovely and clean the staff were very very helpful. The food was the same all through the stay the same offerings out for eating every morning and evening. The portions served up were on the meagre side. Travelling around was very easy both on the lake and by bus again everyone was very helpful and obliging. We...

Our second year running visited in September 2015. Lovely little Italian hotel. Very friendly staff. Good food four courses the norm. Room was comfortable maybe a bit shabby but clean and charming. Perfect location just step out side and you are in the centre of a very interesting town. We visited the market, cable ride up the mountain and a...
