I think that everyone has said everything that is necessary about the staff in the breakfast room. This hotel is spotless and the reception staff are keen to offer a friendly service. There is a restaurant by the hotel, it is run independantly. We had quite a few meals there and were happy with all of them. I have to... More

We arrived Saturday October 8th and the front desk lady Monica was great and very professional. We got a room on the first floor of hotel above the restaurant few steps up from the front desk. We spent a nice night Saturday. Unfortunately Sunday Monica was not there, instead there was a grumpy old man taking care of the front... More

The balcony is lovely for sitting on, enjoying a glass of something. The room is well supplied, TV, hair dryer, shower, complimentary toiletries,... More

See the post below which says "One particular member of staff (lady setting up breakfast) was rude and miserable to all guests. We felt she did not want to be there. It was a shame but we did not let it spoil our holiday. Stayed August 2015, travelled with family". Well over a year later she is still setting up... More

We stayed in Rivotella at an Airb&b apartment off of Viale Agello. You can call a taxi from the Desenzano train station we arrived directly from Milan. There is access to the line 26 shuttle bus to Sirmione from a stop there (go to the tabbachi shop for cheap tickets 1 euro each vs purchase on the bus for double)... More
