Excellent hotel! The owner Diego and all of his staff were very helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They truly want to make sure you are happy at all times!.The food was amazing with great choices. Well catered for individuals who have special dietary requirements. I follow a gluten free diet and they provided a great choice of food at all times. Situated minutes from the ski slopes with the offer of a courtesy bus to transport you there and back. Easy to go back to the hotel at lunchtime for lunch then back on the slopes very quickly. A well equipped ski shop attached to the hotel where you can either buy or rent ski equipment at a great cost and discount if you are staying at the hotel. The hotel and rooms are exceptionally clean with a lovely wellness centre where you can enjoy a jacuzzi and sauna. A very welcoming place to enjoy after a day of skiing. We stayed in the Kristal suite which had a wonderful whirlpool bath! Very relaxing to use after skiing. We have rebooked to return late in the year! I fully recommend this wonderful hotel!

Hotel Cristallo is the ideal base for a holiday in the mountains. I stayed for a week in August as part of a hiking group. Location and facilities are excellent, whether you are looking to be active or to relax. Cable car and chairlift to 2 different mountain ranges within 5 minutes' walk; loads of hiking paths right from the door. The jacuzzi and sauna at the spa were very welcome after a day outdoors. The hotel is totally surrounded by nature and wonderful views, yet also has the town of Moena 15 mins' drive down the road by bus or car if you are looking for a change of scene. Rooms are clean and comfortable, food fantastic, staff very friendly.

Rocked up. It’s got a touch of the David Lynch’s about it. Those who know will know.
The staff are all characters that’s for certain and not in a pejorative way. Collectively, we were warmly greeted, dismissed, helped, frustrated, irritated and entertained over the duration of our stay! But we left with a sense that the staff helped make our stay.
The food was above average. The room too. The free at the point of use spa was a right touch of class.

Hotel Cristallo is one of our favorites, we have been coming back here to ski for almost twenty years. What can we say about this magnificent hotel.
Friendly owner with family and friendly staff. They are all great. They have become our friends over the years. Every year something new in their offer.
Great location with beautiful nature and friendly atmosphere, food, cleanliness...

We were on a trip with friends. The hotel was great in many ways. Even though it's a 3 star hotel, the customer service is 5 star. The hotel is very clean and the owner personally takes care of the details. Access to the hotel is possible directly from the slope. Was great!

We had a junior suit in the attic area, which was excellent; very comfy, very cosy and absolutely spotlessly clean.
The food in this hotel is oustanding and the service is excellent. In fact, everyone working there, that we cme into contact with, was friendly and helpful.
If you are there to ski, they also offer minibus transfers to the lifts.
I cannot recommend this hotel enough and we will definitely be back.

We stayed at Hotel Cristallo from 31st Dec until 7th Jan, and I can't think of a better way to start the year. The hotel is very well-located; 5-min walk to the slopes but with a super-efficient minibus service on demand reducing the journey time to literally 1 minute.
The hotel itself has a lovely, family atmosphere and every single staff member was warm, friendly and super-professional. The waiting staff were adept at identifying our needs and even when stretched by the dining room at full capacity managed to make us feel well looked after at every meal. The food was excellent - a great choice every day, and the complimentary buffet lunches were a very welcome and pleasant surprise.
The New Year's Eve dinner was a joy - kids happily established at mini-club and adults able to enjoy a multi-course gourmet feast in peace!
The mini club was an excellent service throughout the holiday and well done to Emilia and Andrea for making it such fun.
A special thanks to Ornella for her professionalism, creativity and stories.
Big 'complimenti' to Diego, Erna and the family for the genuine hospitality and attention to detail - we will definitely be back!

Perfect location - just 5 min walking to the ski slopes.
Very hospitable staff and ready to assist to any needs.
Clean and warm.
Wonderful food during all the meals - breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Kinde care - our children became addicted to it and the lady - animatior.
I recommend it to everybody and believe we to be able to visit the same hotel next year.

I stayed in Hotel Cristallo in December for 7 days with my wife and two children. It was a great time altogether.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and tidy.
The best things about it: relaxing atmosphere, delicious food and great slopes near the hotel.
Spa is very good and staff very professional.
My children had a great time at the mini-club, they played with X-box, with a Bingo and other games.
Special thanks to Anda, the mini-club's girl.
