Detailed Reviews
We stayed here for one night on our Alta Via 2 trek. It was a welcome retreat from the refuges.
The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean with a little balcony.
The hotel is right next to a small lake. There were maintenance works being carried out by the lake but you could still walk around. There are some friendly goats and ducks as well as an enormous and friendly dog.
The wellness centre cost us 10 euros each. We had a hot tub, sauna and a dip in an ice bath. It was a welcome treat after a lot of walking.
Evening meal began with a buffet salad followed by you choice of the menu. The food was very nice. The breakfast buffet was very good with a selection of savoury and sweet items as well as fruit juice.
The staff were very friendly, especially when you try to communicate in the language.
We would definitely stay again.

After a long hard day's walking on the AV2 we were looked after and fed so well it was unbelievable, and the next morning the lift to the start of the trail was unexpected and very welcome indeed. Highly recommended, lovely place, don't walk past!!

we stayed there just for one night during our AV2 trip. It is a hotel rather than a refugio. The food is incredible, best we had during our all 11 days of hiking. Breakfirst searves all kinds, such as cereals, ham, salami, cheese, and fruits which we missed all the way. On top of that, the owner is quite helpful when we asked him to booking rifugios for our next days.
Definitely will dine or stay there again whenever we will be that area.

The hotel has a wonderful view of the lake but the staff serving were surly and rude to my husband and I. We were not given the drinks we ordered and then after settling the bill I realised I had been given insuffient change ( I was told there was no option to pay by card ). I felt I was taken advantage of by bring English and not speaking fluent Greman or Italian .

Spent 4 days in the dolomites and had the good fortune to find Albergo Miralago as a wonderful place to stay. This wonderful family owned" refuge" could not have been any more perfect for us from the location....to the amazing home cooked food and wonderful welcoming owners and staff that work there. Our room was cozy and very comfortable .We loved every second of our stay! Perfect for my 2 1/2 year old grandson who loved the cowbells and the cows on the mountainside!

The hotel is in a great location away from traffic, set in a beautiful natural setting. Equipped with a few rooms, some of them recently renovated, it offers excellent cuisine and service. I would recommend it to those who still want to experience the mountains in a simple and passionate way.
