Not bad, not great, typical tourist class hotel. Rooms are fairly large by European standards but showing their age a little, peeling molding, scuff walls. Nice central place to explore area. Pros Close to train station Free parking Wifi in room Free breakfast (although selection did not change the whole week we were there). Good base camp to explore Siena,...

This hotel seems to cater to tour groups, of which I was traveling with one. There is a large lot just for tour buses. Breakfast and dinner are included in the price. The food was all right, but nothing exceptional or local. The sleeping rooms were the largest we stayed in on this trip of Italy. Large bathrooms, but the...

At first glance this hotel looks a bit strange, kind of ultra modern but past it's prime. It's on a tiny side street, next to a very ornate cemetery, and the area seems a little "off". There's an abandoned shopping mall underneath, you can't drive to the front door because it's blocked off with old cement balls, and the whole...

We picked this hotel solely on the basis of free parking, and we're very pleasantly surprised. from the outside it looks a little worn out. The inside was much better. The staff was very helpful and even with our very poor Italian managed to always get us where we needed to go. Breakfast was monotonous, same thing every day and...

The hotel was nice, the staff was extremely helpful, and the restaurant was great for breakfast in the morning. The hotel is a smaller hotel.. somewhere in between a Bed and Breakfast and a full service hotel. For someone used to American hotels, this will be a little different. The beds were very hard, and the items in the bathroom...

Lorenzo, front desk staff, made our stay at this hotel absolutely delightful. He was always smiling and patient with our volumes of questions. He was very knowledgeable about the venues in the area, the best mode of transportation, train and bus schedules, and other general information. He was so kind to print directions to return our rental car in Florence...

We stayed here in Montecatini Terme through a group reservation with Gate1 travel agency and were very happy with it. The outside isn't very welcoming but once you step inside the feel changes completely. We really appreciated the free parking too. Our room wasn't extravagant but it was perfectly comfortable. We had one of the rooms on the outside with...

Lovely breakfast, clean and tidy room, very close to the train station, but the most wonderful thing about this hotel is Morgana at the front desk. Morgana went out of her way to help us with the somewhat confusing train system, helping us book our tickets and even going as far as helping to get us discounts for our return...

As part of the tour package, I stayed in this hotel for one night only. This hotel was booked for us as part of a travel package. It was close to the railway station with convenient access to the autostrade and free parking; the options were pretty unlimited with this list of features. The rooms were large and clean, and there was a typical breakfast spread available. The staff was friendly and helpful. Morgana recommended...
