Staying in a castle is not something I do on a regular basis, and Palazzo Carletti makes you feel like you have just walked into a dream. The main lobby is so beautiful and unexpected - you walk up a huge staircase, open a door and are transported into what looks like a huge drawing room. Our room was beautiful,...

We selected this small boutique hotel based off of other reviews here on TripAdvisor. We weren't disappointed. Our room was exquisite, with a separate living room, a bedroom, and a jacuzzi equipped bathroom. It was opulent and divine! We've shared photos of the views from our room. They were incredible! We were slated to stay here two nights, but we...

We felt like we were walking into our own little Tuscan palace apartments when we stayed at Palazzo Carletti. It is only 5 guest rooms surrounding a comfortable, frescoed lobby. The staff was very helpful, especially in booking our wine tasting. It was a very conveniently located place to stay. I definitely recommend it.

My husband and I stayed here for one night while visiting Montepulciano. We had the a suite with a view of the Montepulciano Valley which was breathtaking. It literally brought tears to my eyes. Originally, it was the palace of a nobleman which was renovated into a hotel (5 rooms) and apartments so it's very unique. It has frescos on...

3 couples stayed here for a few nights in September 2016. The hotel is located right in the middle of Montepulciano, and is essentially just the 2nd floor of the former Carletti family villa. It is not obvious that it is a hotel when you walk up to it - it looks like an old building that has been converted...

If you want to stay in a palazzo in the centre of town then this is the place to stay. Large rooms with frescos on the walls and ceilings, very friendly staff, free bar, steam room. Free allocated parking in nearby car park.

The hotel is situated in the city center and the parking is like 500m to the hotel. So if ypu have a big luggage it is kind of hard to walk to the hotel from the parking. Also there is no elevator to the hotel and it is situated on the first floor of a building. The rooms are spacious...

Have you ever spend the night in a real palazzo, in a building that goes back century's? Have you ever had the pleasure to fall asleep under a painted ceiling? Before your stay starts you will get all the proper information to allow a good arrival. Pack light as you cannot park the car close to the palazzo. The palazzo...

We loved the Palazzo Carletti. This small (5 rooms plus a general space) hotel is a throw back to the villas of old. We had a suite that was huge with a two story ceiling with frescoes painted over the bed. The building and room are old, but the bed and amenities are all brand new from the large safe...

Location is just perfect. The building and rooms hold historical value. They are though well maintained and modernized The Facilities exceeded our expectations: very nice showers, a much needed ice making machine in the summer The breakfast served was nice and elegant All in all a perfect stay! The free parking - an appreciated perk - is around 10 minutes...
