We stayed at the hotel for only one night. Accomodations were good - confortable bed and great size bathroom. Breakfast was good and our only problem was the comunication due to the language barrier, but nothing we couldn't deal with. One great tip from the hotel was the pizza place next door called Tree Stelle Pizzeria.

Truly enjoyed our one night stay. Thank you TripAdvisor. It is about 9 miles outside the city. Fine if you have a car or are using the hotel as a home base to explore. The hotel is fresh and clean. The staff are very helpful and full of energy. Breakfast is a typical spread of sweet cakes and breads, meats...

Ok....we stayed here solely based on reviews here and again, we were not let down. Great value...amazingly warm family run hotel, great breakfast, just a super cool, friendly vibe in this little inn. We stayed here one night while traveling from S. Italy to northern Tuscany...wish we would have stayed longer. We stayed without a car and whlile it is...

This hotel is run by a wonderful caring family. They want you to feel comfortable and enjoy! Even the non-condescending Italian lessons were offered when we stumbled with our non-existant Italian. Restaurant recommendations were accurate. Sorry to be leaving.

Decided to try out this place because of the great reviews and was completely satisfied. The warm welcome we got from Mama when we checked in was surpassed only by the exuberance of son Niccolo the next morning. His energy level is through the roof. So helpful in every way. Breakfast buffet was the best we had during our 18...

I have been in the hotel business. This is everything you could want. Very clean. Extraordinarily helpful and willing management. Excellent food. Great staff, always smiling and checking to make sure that you are enjoying your time here. The hotel is well located in a quiet small town, on a regular bus route. 10 minutes from Montepulciano and the same from...

All the reviews are spot on. The service and enthusiasm at this hotel is like we've never encountered. Such a lovely family who go out of their way to provide you with a warm welcome and stay. The hotel is in a residential area, quite a drive from Montepulciano (about 5k, but a windy mountain road).

We stayed for 3 nights with a 2 year old. Easy to find in a convenient location. Very warm welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. Kind and caring family of 2 brothers and their mother seek to attend to your every need. Good size room, well furnished and decorated. No coffee making facilities in the room but they were not...

I want to start with all the pros. Amazingly welcoming hosts, great local knowledge, and wonderful food, not just the breakfasts! One brother is soo helpful and full of energy, always ready to assist in any way he can, the other cooks the most amazing cakes and pastries, light and fluffy (almost guilt free!) We decided to eat in one...

If for no other reason than to meet the owning family, staying at this hotel is a unique experience. Nicola, the exuberant brother, is always loud and cheerful and helpful. Matteo was also very anxious to assist in any way. The family works non-stop. There is another brother, Matteo, less hyperactive but equally helpful and hardworking The hotel itself is...
