Myself and 11 adults spent 7 days, Sat-Sat at Villa Ardene, end of Sept. beginning Oct. Benedetta Corsi is the on-site keyholder - she is a gem to work with. We pre-arranged three dinner meals with her during our stay at the villa. I urge you to consider this option, it is worth every Euro spent for the luxury not... More

A party of eleven of us spent five nights at this wonderful Tuscan farm house in May of 2015. The house is located at the foot of Montepulciano in a verdant valley full of olive groves and vineyards. It is a perfect place to escape the pressures of everyday life. While you sit by the pool you look up the... More

if you are looking for a place to have the full Italian countryside vacation, but close to a fabulous medieval walled city, this is the place. The facility is very traditional, but with modern bathrooms and fixtures. olive trees, a gigantic rooster, and a truly bucolic setting generate a tremendous feeling of peace. the view of the valley is magnificent.

There are small sitting rooms and kitchens in some of the little apartments but we just used the big main kitchen and large dining area for our meals and celebrations. Benedetto cooked supper for... We stayed for a full week in Agriturismo Ardene in May this year for our 10th year anniversary. We were a little apprehensive at first, because the communications during the reservation period with Benedetta, the property manager, was not easy. However, we wanted to stay in a strategic location in Tuscany, in the wine region, with easy access to all... More

Ardene is a really nice farmhouse-motel close to the historical section of Montepulciano. The owners live on site and prepare homemade breakfast for the guests each morning, We had a tremendous apartment with a kitchen, dining area, 2 bathrooms and a very nice bedroom with a fireplace (which they lit each evening for us) and romantic views. As we were... More
