We checked into this great Hotel on the 25th February 2017 and stayed for two weeks of skiing. The location is great because it is in the centre of Ortesei with the bus terminus a few meters from the front door. Very convenient. In addition, it is close to the two main ski lifts, namely Seceda and Alpe Di Siusi....

We spent half term week at this little gem of a hotel in the middle of Ortisei. Between two families there were 7 of us and with 3 small children we were certainly quite loud. But everyone was super friendly, getting out of their way to solve problems and making our stay as pleasant as possible. It is a simple,...

We really liked this hotel. The location was super convenient for everything: both cable cars to Seceda and Alpe Di Siusi as well as for restaurants, bars and shopping in beautiful Ortisei. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, even letting me use their washing machine for free to wash all the kids' stuff. Nice breakfast too.

I have nothing but positives to describe our visit to the Hotel Snaltnerhof in Ortisei. From the our first contact with the hotel to our checkout, the staff was attentive to our needs, friendly, and inviting. They shared ideas on things to do, places to eat, and stores to shop in. The breakfast was robust. The location is ideal for...

We stayed here two nights and were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome - staff here is remarkably helpful and hospitable. Allowed us to check in early, which was a godsend after a long travel day, and the room was cozy. Clean, quiet (not bad even on the square side of the hotel) and breakfast was great. A neat BNB!

We spent four days at Hotel Garni Snaltnerhof in one of the apartments. Everything was wonderful. The apartment is very spacious and clean, with a nice balcony and a view of the mountains. Hotel and apartments are located right in the centre, but it is quiet at night. Takes two minutes to walk to the lift to Alpe di Siusi....

A superb family owned/managed hotel, in the heart of Ortisei. From arrival to departure there was nothing that could be faulted, every question addressed and resolved to complete satisfaction. Extremely helpful and attentive staff. Peter, proved to be a wealth of knowledge and expert advisor, helping to further our overall experience. Departure date came much too soon, hurriedly researching further...

Clean and comfortable. This is a family operated hotel and staff was very nice and helpful. Our only complaint is that due to lack of air conditioning, which is common in Europe, we had to leave our window open and deal with street noise. About 2:00 or 3:00 a.m. each night, very loud drunk people walked past our hotel! This...

This is on mom's bucket list, and we were more than pleased! From the greeting to the room to the breakfast buffet. They even did our laundry for free, who does that now a days!!!! The parking garage is a little tight but with a little practice it is very easy and then there is always Peter, the owner's son,...

This lovely hotel is in the heart of Ortisei, a cozy old woodcarving center and more recently ski and summer resort town. The owner / manager family is the Hofs - they have managed this since the 1600s when the building was the town's mill and bakery. But our room was updated in 2015 and was fully functional and enjoyable....
