The location of this property is just idyllic, an olive orchard surrounded by Umbrian hills. The completely remodeled property was fantastic, clean, and extremely roomy. The bathroom was pristine and the entire experience was magical. Angela is an amazing host, her breakfast was spectacular with fresh home cooked pastries. She even made my husband and my son farm fresh eggs....

Wonderful place to stay. Our only regret is we were there for only one night. Spacious comfortable rooms. Fabulous breakfast. And the proprietor Angela is charming, sweet and oh so very helpful. Plus the setting is beautiful. You simply can't go wrong staying here. If there were six stars I'd give it six A fantastic value for the money.

Cioccoleta is a wonderful Agriturismo. Our room was well appointed and there was a common area just for guests. Angela and Alessandro were wonderful hosts who were not intrusive but always available with recommendations. Breakfast offered many home made items as well as fruit and eggs if so desired.

Travelling with friends, we opted for this well-situated hilltop house with 8 guest rooms. We appreciated the peace and quiet of this quaint farm, with its rolling hillsides of pasture and vineyards. It is quite a distance from shops so you will need a car. The rooms and bathrooms are well-equipped and spacious. Upstairs has 4 independent rooms and have...

We found the welcome and hospitality here to be simply exceptional and the property and environment to be very beautiful. The breakfast was a feast and nothing was too much trouble. The only draw back was that the room was not air conditioned and on a hot July night that made sleep a little difficult, but it was not too...

This bed and breakfast was absolutely beautiful and just a few minutes drive from Orvieto. Angela is an excellent hostess, and was so kind and helpful to us. The room was very spacious and clean, and the breakfast was tremendous. The view here was just breathtaking. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

The house is beautifully located, and well kept, the rooms are lovely and clean. There is a stylish and relaxing common area where all guests may relax, like the rooms. The stay could not have been a better experience. Angela is a totally wonderful host, she made sure we did not miss anything, gave us information about where to go...

this was our first time staying at a farm/vineyard in Italy, and it couldn't have been a better experience. Angela is a wonderful hostess, she make sure we had everything we needed in our rooms, gave us information about where to go in town and what festivals were going on. Her breakfast buffet is really good and she made us eggs...

Charming little place right besides wineyards. Rooms were clean and cozy. The service here is the key factor which makes this place so awesome. Would definitely go again. No restaurants near so you need to drive to Orvieto for food (and wine). So keep a designated driver ready.

If you want an Umbrian farmhouse experience with views of Orvieto this is the place. Make sure you have good directions and arrive before dark as it's tricky to find initially. though I would probably stay in medieval Orvieto next time this is a lovely spot.
