This is a good place to stay. Interesting old building nicely renovated. Clean, comfortable, spacious room. Helpful owner. Good breakfast. WiFi works ok on the top floor. Good neighborhood close to everything. Shuttle bus from the piazza makes the train easy. We would stay here again.

Kind staff, perfect location, good breakfast, clean rooms and modern furniture in a monumental palace in the middle of Italy. Perfect for relax, leisure and still for work. I really enjoyed it, thank you Giulia!

This b and b was the perfect choice for us, a 50 ish couple. Stayed for 2 nights and found it very quiet and comfortable and perfectly situated though a bit hard to find at first. Close to duomo and main street. Guilia was very friendly and helpful and made us feel very much at home. Stayed in suite on... More

Very large room (the suite on their website) with large bath, queen size bed, and day bed/sofa. Parking in the public lot meant having to get up early to renew the parking pass, but the lot is only about a block from the B&B. Third floor with a view over rooftops on a quiet narrow street. Gulia helped us carry... More

This B&B is hard to locate because of ancient street layout in Orvieto. The instructions are not too clear. However, it is worth finding if you like quaint, clean, centrally located B&Bs. Parking is not available, so you must park in public parking and "feed the meter" daily, but the parking is fairly close and not too expensive. The rooms... More

What a lucky and excellent find. Right in the middle of town and super close to everything. Walk anywhere! My wife and I arrived with our two young sons and were swept away by the kindness of the owners family. They were so helpful in helping us with sights to see, places to eat and things to do and we... We were late arriving at this hotel on our first evening, but thankfully the lady had left a message and number for us to ring. The kind taximan ran the number for us and she very kindly came in. The building is in a narrow street, but I afterwards realised that Orvieto has a lot of narrow streets. The only... More

A beautiful spot very close to the domme, less than 5 minutes walk. We parked easily about 200 meters from the b&b amd were able to stay overnight. It is free from 2100 to 0800. The rooms are clean and supplied with all the basics. The staff were helpful and gave excellent recommendations for where to eat.

Stayed one night. Comfortable bed in a quiet room. Good breakfast & friendly receptionist. Attention , if you have a car in Orvieto, overnight parking is very difficult to find & very expensive. Perhaps finding a hotel or b&b with parking is a wise consideration. No in room wifi but it is available in lower reception area.
