We had originally booked to stay 2 nights but loved it so much here at Francesca's bnb that we stayed an extra night. The 2 bedroom apartment is big, clean and bright with exposed beam ceilings and big shuttered windows. Francesca is a delight, we had good laughs with her and her recommendations for restaurants did not disappoint. Thank you...

An amazing place to stay! A cosy but spacious flat with two separate rooms, tastefully decorated, full of charming details that make you feel pampered. It is centrally located, 5 minutes walk from the Duomo, with private parking space on request (very useful in Orvieto!). Francesca was extremely helpful and kindly catered for our dietary requirements. I particularly enjoyed the...

The innkeeper is a gem. The units are immaculate and authentically Orvieto charming. Facility is modern but on an ancient picturesque street. Lots to live here. There are wooden dolls and carvings in the B&B which are from the family's famous wood workshop!

You can tell that Francesca, the owner of this lovely B&B, left nothing to chance. This B&B's decor, cleanliness and detail shows that the property is maintained with loving care. Guests are well cared for too! Francesca was not available when we arrived and so arranged for a friend to meet us and drive us through Orvieto to the B&B....

Francesca is such a generous and lovely hostess. Her room is so cozy and we instantly felt at home. The kitchen was stocked with pastry, eggs, milk, coffee (she even showed us how to use the little coffee pot!) Sooo many extras that other B&Bs don't usually have. Orvieto will always be a special place for us! Grazie Francesca!

A homey, comfortable apartment with a bedroom loft on a quiet street a few blocks off the main street of Orvieto, it was a wonderful place to stay. Francesca is a caring and concerned host and has decorated the rooms with family pictures that lets you feel like you’re home. Highly recommended, would stay there again without a second thought.

Really beautiful and spacious right in the heart of the old town, murder to find by car! We only had one night and very little time here, which was definitely a shame and I'd love to go back. I didn't realise we'd booked a small apartment, it was huge and beautifully furnished with very solid furniture - didn't feel like...

Fantastic apartment in a fantastic location. From the moment we arrived Francesco gave us an extremely warm welcome and was an attentive hostess during our stay. On arrival she very helpfully gave us restaurant recommendations and suggestions for things to do while in Orvieto. The apartment is spotless, furnished with antique furniture and contains lovely wooden beamed ceilings. The attention to...

After staying at several B&Bs rooms on our trip thru Italy, this was a true surprise. After negotiating the back streets of Orvieto, we came upon our destination. Francesca welcomed us with open arms and showed us to our own apartment! We were to make our own breakfast, from a stocked kitchen, it became our own home. It was very...

Michelangeli is a very lovely B&B and certainly Francesca is a friendly and helpful hostess, but 5-stars is way over-rated. The apartment is large & spacious but the furnishings are older and nothing special. The bath was recently renovated and is modern and clean with fluffy, soft towels. Access to the bedroom is via a rickety spiral staircase that is...

Dear "membro di tripadvisor" I am so sorry to read you are disappointed with my B&B and I'm a bit confused regarding your review .. It seemed to me you were satisfied of your stay when we personally spoke together. My clients are always very happy and I try to help them for all their needs.. We try to take...
