I stayed there with may family for a couple of days. It is a bit out of the city center, but a lovely and quiet place to stay. There is a possibility to walk or drive to the city center, which takes approximately 20 min of walking. The staff is very nice and warm. We especially like the dinner. Really...

Yes, this hotel is located in the outskirts of Pistoia, so the walk to the city centre will last 20-25 minutes, but it’s the only drawback, if at all, because staying at Villa Cappugi you will not complain about the city centre noises and you should not bother with a finding of parking place for your car. What else, in...

I was welcomed by the quaint set up of the property. It was nicely maintained while retaining its old school Italian charm. A walk outside, show the idyllic side of what the surrounding has to offer. I accidentally pulled the emergency in the shower room and I received a call from the front desk within a short while. I was...

We stayed here in Aug/September and the weather was mostly perfect. We were lucky to be upgraded to a suite which gave us more room. Balcony overlooked beautiful hills/trees. The room was always clean and comfortable - with housekeeping cleaning the room everyday. There is a fridge in the room which is useful. We were on a B&B basis. Breakfast...

I was in this hotel to celebrate my birthday and it was really disappointing. The room was really small, old and the furnitures need to be changed. No boiler in the room to have a tea or coffee. The hotel is in a place very peaceful, the only good thing, 20 minutes walking from the center of the city. The...

Warm welcome by receptionists, hotel has a large parking and is situated in a quiet area. Hotel provides a free shuttle to the centre of Pistoia till 20.00 hr. We had a standard room which has a tiny shower. This room( nr 4) is situated on the ground floor close to the lobby and we slept very badly because of...

Excellent communication via email during our booking. Welcome drinks during check in. Complimentary upgraded room to accommodate a cot for our 2 year old. Very comfortable room - well furnished and good housekeeping. Very nice pool area. Good informal restaurant. The best breakfast choices we have seen in Italy! Great value for money.

Very clean hotel (both inside and outside), comfortable room and friendly staff. Great breakfast, plenty of choice. Ample parking. The hotel is close (few km) to the city center of Pistoia where there are plenty of places to have a drink or eat. Perfect place to stay while visiting Tuscany. Note: I've read some reviews mentioning the big amount of...
