Horrible place in all the supposed services! smelly, dark, sinister, dirty crockery and slow restaurant and far from the centre - on a dark narrow state rural road - very dangerous if you have no car.

They do not have the slightest idea of what a 5-star service is. The room was not ready at 12 am. We took luggage in the room ourselves. I had to insist to have coffee and newspaper in the room. Dirty and broken towels. Pillowcases broken. Cobwebs on the terrace. No car service.

We booked APoint Porto Ercole whilst travelling in our 66 Healy and we're looking to have a rest day in our road trip of northern Italy. A good decision, the hotel is excellent if a bit unusual being predominantly furnished in white cube based furniture and subtly lit. The beds were twin doubles and very comfortable which was very welcome...

After having spent two nights in this hotel, my family and I did have few things we wish to share with potentially future guests of the hotel. The hotel is a mix between exaggerated futuristic spaceship and cubism. Everything is white polished and squared. Now that may seem interesting and perhaps even fun, but when you also come to notice...

We staid there in august 2013 with the kids. Girl on reception was not happy and not polite, her english was very bad. They gave us a family room and we were shocked, because it was the room not of a 4 stars hotel, but maybe 2 star hotel with the big minus!!!! Look to the photos - its look...

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about.. Stayed here for a couple of nights for business and really liked the hotel. Very quiet and modern.. Almost felt like you were in a submarine. In a very small and quaint town so if your looking for somewhere lively then it's definitely not for you! Would stay again

Was there during the weekend of 25-27 April 2014. Potentially it could be a 5 star hotel. The building is very modern and is at a walking distance of 5-10 minutes from the center. The hotel lacks in details: no signage (have no idea on which floor the restaurant / spa / external pool / parli g are), the bathrooms...

I wonder how they rank stars in italy. This one worth 2 or 3 no more. Located on the island main street, you can hear the traffic from your room. No view , but the parking. Corridor stinks as cabbage and there is nobody to drive you to your room. There was dirty dishes on the bar....

The hotel is empty and it has a weird, deserted, depressing atmosphere. They charge for internet access above three hours. When we tried to re-arrange our booking the front desk said that they could not do it and that we would need to do it through the booking company, and they charged an unfair fee. This is hardly the service...

i booked this hotel because of the cool website... welcoming at reception was ok parking space not asphalted, when it rains, your car gets dirty inside and outside. rooms are quite big, but cold ambiance. if you like purity design, then ok, if not, then it's not your cup of tea. the dinner/breakfast room is even "purer". plain white ikea...
