I almost didn't book this hotel based on inconsistent reviews. But I liked this hotel and staff and after staying there I am almost annoyed at all the complaining. What you should know... Positano is expensive compared to many other areas of Italy hotel rates included. If you want to see positano but don't want to pay then stay in...

Beautiful hotel in great location in Positano. The staff was helpful in some ways but inconsistent. Vey helpful when we needed to change travel plans due to Air France strike and helped us set up tours of the region. But small things like failing to re-stock minibar were annoying. The decor of the room was somewhat dated. Bear in mind...

I would recommend this place to people but there are just a few negatives that would stop it from being absolute 5 star luxury. In brief my summary of the hotel is: Positives Location-- amazing rooms get a great view over the sea and up to the buildings on the hill, it is also right next to the ferry and...

My husband and I stayed for four nights at the Covo Dei Saraceni in Positano. When we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly staff, who gave us a tour of the property and showed us to our room. We stayed in a junior suite with a balcony - the room was spacious with a nice sitting area and the...

We recently stayed here for 5 nights on our honeymoon. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful, and would gladly speak English. The front desk and pool staff were especially awesome, and hard working. This was one of our favorite hotels of all time! The pool is amazing, and the location at the base of Positano cannot be beat. Most of...

Great location with access to the beach and a nice pool with amazing view. These were the only reasons we continued staying there. Rooms are small, shower was overflowing, lights were out and most importantly the service was not great at all compared to other hotels we stayed at in Italy. We were on our honeymoon and every other hotel...

positano is so beautiful that anything small that goes wrong you should not let ruin your vacation. We stayed here August 29 to September 3rd and had some rain one day the weather was beautiul we took the hydrofoil one day to Capri, but we were so happy here in Positano didn't feel the need to go anywhere else. It...

Everything excellent. I had a question only regarding the food.... I understand the clients are almost not italian, but the food is too much international.... Considering the locality, famous also for its food, could be more regional traditional.

Gorgeous hotel and great service. Warm and friendly. Rooms are very small but clean and cute with little balconies. Mattresses and pillows are a bit hard. Location is fantastic. The included breakfast is ample and tasty. Great coffee. Pool is heated and relaxing with beautiful views. The hotel menu is too pricy in my opinion. The major con for me...

This location was simply perfect. Walking distance to everything, gorgeous views and clean rooms with comfortable beds (albeit a bit noisy from other rooms). I totally agree that breakfast was boring and a waste of a gorgeous view. The daily scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and potatoes and a carb-fest of pastries were not up to the standard of the hotel....
