We found this hotel by accident... but the end result was three days of great food, attentive staff and a great location. As a value for money thing I think it will depend on why you are staying in Positano. We paid for the peak period because of the timing we wanted to be in Italy....and we still felt it...

Made to feel part of the family from the second we arrived. Staff doted on our kids. Got the impression that nothing would be too much for the staff. Views are awesome and the vibe was always a pleasant buzz & hum of interesting activity due to specific location of the hotel - by bus stop (very handy) & at...

This hotel is conveniently located in front of a bus stop - the preferred method of getting around the major elevations of Positano. The hotel has a certain charm and old world elegance with an updated appearance. Given its location, I don't think there's a bad view to be had, but this is the dramatic nature of Positano. Staff was...

Thoroughly enjoyed our time in this fine hotel. This was the 3rd leg of a four part trip. Rooms were clean and attractive, access was easy with a bus stop 50 ft from the door and the staff friendly and helpful. Particular kudos go out to Maria Teresa at the front desk and Giuseppe in the dining area. I would...

After three weeks in Italy, I can say I am not writing this because of my North American standards being too high. This hotel was an average European four star hotel, a bit worse since its "pool" is three feet deep and full of bugs and look warm, but it has a good view and Positano is a different level...

We were happy with this hotel our travel agent found for us, though the room itself was just OK. We were prepared for crowds on the Amalfi Coast in July, but not the blustering heat. This place makes Atlanta summers look mild. It was about 15 minutes down the hill to the water, but after one trip back up using...

We enjoyed a spacious suite with a beautiful ocean view at our stay at Posa Posa. We ended up booking this hotel because our first choice was sold out by the time we booked our trip. What a wonderful combination of nice customer service, beautiful view & delicious food offered by the restaurant! The staff were very helpful during our...

Hotel Posa Posa is situated in the hills of Positano, initially this was a concern for us (concerning the pricier more in demand hotels are by the coast) but the location was actually perfect. Up in the hills we found all the best restaurants, quaint shops and wonderful views! The front staff were helpful and kind. The room was very...

Hotel Posa Posa has a very friendly and accommodating staff. They helped us with everything we needed. The location of the hotel itself is decent enough, as it is right around the corner from some very good restaurants; but it is quite a walk (and not an easy one) to and from the city's center. If you have trouble walking...

The staff are SUPER friendly!! They make you feel really comfortable. The view from the restaurant also known as The Mirage is simply breathtaking same goes for the view of the rooms which you can easily enjoy due to the balcony. The restaurant has also exquisite food and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Specially Giuseppe!!!
