This hotel should be considered 5 star. The owners are wonderful people who really care about their hotel. It was spotless. The breakfast was great and the location was perfect. It is very close to everything in Positano. We booked at the last minute and they were still able to fit us in. Although we did not have a sea...

My Cousin and I just returned from six days in Positano at The Royal Prisco Hotel. This beautiful hotel is not only clean and comfortable but it is centrally located. You just walk out the front door and you are there in the center of Positano! We had a balcony room with the most breathtaking view I have ever experienced,...

First off, Maria and Michelangelo make you feel as if you are family in this small but excellently located hotel in Positano. I have to mention that we were lucky enough to have room #6, which was incredible. What a view! We even set up our camera/tripod to take night photos over the horizon. I am so enthralled with this...

We stayed here for 3 nights to attend a friends wedding at the end of June. Excellent family run hotel, very clean, well equiped rooms, great views from our room but even better ones from room 6 or 7 which our friends had. Breakfast was plentify and lots of choice, fresh heart shaped do-nuts a must. All the staff were...

Positano is such an amazing place and The Royal Prisco was perfect! Short walk from the Sita Bus stop and a short walk to Spiaggia Grande. We had room 10 and it had the best view! It was super clean, friendly and helpful staff, really good breakfast. We were really well taken care of. I would definitely stay there when...

What a wonderful little gem of an hotel. We cannot overstate the excellence and its position. The room and the terrace are perfection personified. A sea view to die for. Our stay in this beautiful resort has exceeded our greatest expectations. The homeliness, advice, care and ambience created by our hosts; Michelangelo, Maria and Mama has made this a holiday...

I can't sing the praises of this lovely hotel high enough. Firstly located on the main (only) road running through Positano Royal Prisco is easy to find, to the left is the walking path through boutiques, restaurants, homeware & gourmet shops, down to the beach. Go out to the right and a short walk up the hill are great restaurants....

We spent our honeymoon in Positano staying at The Royal Hotel Prisco. The location was fantastic for reaching the beaches, restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and our room was spacious and spotless with a great terrace and stunning view out to the sea.

Maria and Michelangelo run a very friendly and very accomodating small hotel right in the centre of Positano. They made us feel very welcome and part of the family ,introducing us to their sweet mum that reminds me so much of my Italian mother in law. Our stay was personalised and accomodating in every way, especially when we had realised...

When browsing for hotels on the Amalfi Coast we decided upon Positano, but with so many hotels to choose from, many at similar prices, we were really struggling. It's not somewhere we'd been, so we had no idea on the location or facilities etc,. so started researching on Trip Advisor. This hotel came up as one of the cheaper hotels,...

“No room tip - both rooms we had were awesome, spacious and had a great views - really just like looking at a postcard. The service did not vary from the two bedroom room to the one bedroom room, so I feel like we are in a pretty good position to give a more overall view. ”
