Sorry for the delay. Ok. We arrived by private driver which I highly recommend. They drop you off at a parking lot. No cars allowed past that point. Arrange for your luggage to be taken and brought to hotel. Email the hotel ahead of time for this service. It's a minimal charge and definitely worth it.
There is steps and lots of walking. Yes you will go up and down this town a lot. I'm 64 and have bad feet but I did it! I was worried about all the walking but I bought myself Birkenstock sandals and a pair of Allbirds. No problem at all!
We actually were in one room for 2 nights then moved to a sea view the next 2 nights. So worth it! That room was actually in another building. I'm going to try to send a picture of the view from that room.
Hope this helps a little. Enjoy! I know you will.

Dear Mrs. Rosebayra,
In reference to your inquiry, we are informing you that we don't have an own parking, but only an agreement with “Parking Mandara” or “Parking Centrale”, both secure & safe at Euro 25,00/30,00 daily (for a small/medium car). Reservation is not necessary.
If you have GPS system, you can search for “Parking Mandara” Via Pasitea, 34 - Postal code 84017, Positano (tel: 0039 089 875646).
Coming down along the internal road of Positano (one way street), you will find Parking & Gas station Mandara on the left hand side.
You can search for “Parking Centrale - Di Gennaro Bartolomeo “ Via Pasitea, 1 - Postal code 84017, Positano (tel: 0039 089 875575).
Coming down along the internal road of Positano (one way street), you will pass the Parking & Gas station Mandara and about 50 mt. and further down you'll see the other parking's entrance (Parcheggio Centrale) on the your right hand side.
The parking is to be paid separately; it can’t be added on the hotel bill because it is another company.
Kindly note that “Parking Centrale - Di Gennaro Bartolomeo“ only accepts cash payment.
