The Staff / Owner at this property are absolutely lovely - accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. My room was extremely comfortable and had everything I needed in ample supply. The hotel is quite clean and situated in a perfect location - near Il Giardino Ibleo, the piazza, the Cathedral of San Giorgio and a multitude of restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacists, etc....

We arrived in Ragusa without booking a hotel and in a rainstorm. The tourist office in the upper town suggested this hotel but their instructions on how to get there in a car were less than helpful. Eventually in desperation we parked the car in a residents-only area and found the place on foot. The moral of this is... ask...

We've been touring Sicily for some two weeks, tried different styles of accomodations, hotels, b&b's, agriturismo (farm stay); most of the time we had good experiences, but this one beats them all! It is excellent all over! They were helpful on the phone to describe how to get there and where to park; the friendly welcome, the romantic staircase, the...

Just spent a few days at this lovely hotel!! It was absolutely perfect, everyone was so helpful from Pina to Chiara to Giuliana. The location is perfect only 4 blocks from the Duomo. It is like a return to old world Italy! They are also able to help with parking which is essential.

We had three nights here snd highly recommend it. Staff friendly, hotel quiet, bed comfortable, breakfast amazing variety. And all right in the centre of beautiful Ragusa. We were there for a festa and the atmosphere in town was great.

We stayed here as part of a walking group. The hotel is a short walk from the nearest coach drop off point and the bus stop for buses from Ragusa Superiore. Our room was large and overlooked rooftops and the local football/tennis area but was very quiet. There are rooms with small balconies overlooking small roads. The room was well...

They have 2 parking spots in the street, right outside the front door, marked with yellow lines. We asked for one in advance and sure enough one was free when we arrived. I've no idea whether this was just luck of if they really had somehow kept one free in this tightly packed narrow little street. The entrance to the...

We stopped here for one night and had a lovely stay. The hotel has a gorgeous patio and each room is unique (I was in 107). There are also good common eating and meeting spaces. The staff are gracious and friendly. The hotel is close to two must see churches and many good restaurants. I woke to the sound of...

A lovely looking hotel from the outside with the bonus of a couple of parking plots, a premium in Ragusa. The hotel lacks a seating area in the lobby which is a shame. We booked a triple room which was tight but pleasant enough; the shower cubicle was antiquated. Probably overpriced by 20-25 euros, but this is Ragusa and the...

We arrived totally unexpectedly to the hotel as our accommodation had been wrongly booked by our travel agent for Modica ! We were given the utmost care and consideration after a fraught time, which we appreciated very much including the use of the reception telephone to sort out the problem. Marianna and the other lovely lady (sorry, her name escapes me)...
